Wish I could live in this house. It was perfect. Could not want anything else at all amenity-wise. Clean and spacious.

Stayed many times in St. John’s over the years but this was our first visit to Quidi vidi. Walking distance to the brewery and just around the corner you can go back in time 100 years.

My family and I really loved our stay at Jim's place. The home is beautiful - the pictures don't do it justice! It had everything we needed and everyone was comfortable in their rooms. The scenery is gorgeous and the location was ideal. We walked down to Quidi Vidi gut most days, and it's an easy walk. It's super easy to get to downtown as well. We also did the hike from Signal Hill. Jim was always responsive and we appreciated the little touches like the welcome note in the kitchen. We would all absolutely stay here again!

We had a phenomenal stay here. The location is amazing, the house is so well set up and beautiful and we couldn’t get over how beautiful the backyard / porch view was. Such a special way to wake up in the morning. Honestly we wished we had booked this place for our whole stay in St Johns. Jim was super accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would love to stay here again when we get back to SJ! :)

The house is very nice and in a great location. There does need a couple of touch ups cosmetically but over all it’s a great place to stay. One suggestion is to keep a little note on how to work dishwasher.?

Very well appointed property and kitchen, perfectly situated for dog walks to Signal Hill and to Quidi Vidi village. Ten minute drive to center of St John’s. We would happily stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful place! It is located within walking distance of trails and a short drive to downtown St. John's. The view off the back porch is nothing short of stunning. We felt very spoiled. Will definitely book again!

This house is in an excellent location - walkable to, and with a beautiful view of, Quidi Vidi Village. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable for our family of four adults, a young child and an infant. Jim, the host, was very quick to respond everytime we had a question. Easy entry and fully equipped. Walked directly from house to excellent hiking trails and dinner.

Great, comfortable home in a most convenient setting overlooking scenic quidi vidi. Multiple living spaces assuring that all could do what they wanted (eg. Tv, reading/quiet time), easy access to the city and could walk to quidi vidi. Would most certainly book there again.
