The house can comfortably accommodate 10 people, having 2 triple bedrooms and 2 other double bedrooms.
One room has an en suite bathroom, the other three have bathrooms outside the rooms but in exclusive use.
In the lounge there is a large and comfortable sofa (bed) with a peninsula and other comfortable seats.
In all rooms and in the lounge there are fiber optic Wi-Fi, smart TV, Netflix, Dazn, to watch sports, cinema, TV series, documentaries, in every room of the house.
In the lounge, moreover, to the delight of adults and children, there is the Playstation 4 and there are several board games such as Risiko, Monopoly, Hotel, French cards with chips and Neapolitan cards.

In the rooms there is only wood, iron, recycled and, in any case, recyclable materials; in the kitchen, the foods present are not packaged in disposable plastics, but are offered exclusively in paper, glass and other recyclable containers; in the bathrooms, equally, there are no soaps, shampoos, shower gel, body creams, packed in single-dose packaging, but only products in dispensers.
Vico29 has also banned all detergents and chemical cleaners, choosing ecological and biodegradable products; the courtesy of the bedroom and bathroom available to guests is exclusively natural and highly eco-friendly.
All this generates a strong reduction of CO2 emissions and the unnecessary production of waste.

Guest access

Guests, if they wish, can check-in independently; in fact, upon their arrival, we can open the doors of the house remotely, at any time, 24 hours a day.
If, on the contrary, they required the presence of a manager, we would be fully available to assist them during the first reception phase.
In any case, the manual of our house, which guests will find on arrival, provides all the information necessary for the stay, such as: check-in and check information. out, numbers to call for emergencies, wi-fi passwords and access codes to the apartment, instruction manuals for household appliances and a list of supermarkets, bars and restaurants recommended by us, not touristy, but frequented by the Romans.
We are however available to assist our guests throughout their stay.
