Vibrant townhome near downtown, breweries & campus

Nice place, decent location, only issue was a problem with an AC unit. Great parking situation and breweries nearby.

Took the recommendations from the owner’s helpful book and ate at Ale’ Rae’s Gastropub. Had a wonderful time. Live music as well.

Lovely townhouse- close to downtown, UT, Ijams Nature Center, Sunsphere and more. Very clean, nice furnishings. Everything we needed for a 3 night stay while exploring Knoxville.

Check in was easy and the townhome was gorgeous. The host was amazing and communicated wonderfully. Ease of walking to most places and to top it off, if there is a baseball game, you can see the fireworks from the top floor.

Ryan the host was amazing, very responsive to any needs we had! We enjoyed the beautiful home and all of its amenities. Also, for our specific needs the location was perfect. I have only one idea for an improvement and that would be to add a ceiling fan to the upstairs space as I loved hanging out up there, but heat rises and it got very warm and stuffy. I would absolutely stay here or in another of Ryan’s properties.

The location is great and the neighborhood is quiet. The host was awesome, offering good coffee and food suggestions. We had a wonderful stay!

This rental is comfortable, well-appointed, and extremely clean! It was home away from home, which we appreciated. The kitchen is equipped with all items needed to prepare a meal, including spices, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. There are small appliances and a Keurig for a quick cup of coffee. The second level was well decorated and had a walk-in closet with a large mirror. The third level was perfect for lounging during our downtime. During our stay, we did not have to notify the host due to everything being superb. However, the host notified me inquiring about our first night and if we needed anything, which we valued! My husband and I enjoyed four wonderful nights and will stay again when in the area. This property is highly recommended, and I can confirm their rating of premier hosts.

Great location! We loved our Knoxville stay!

We had great time. My granddaughter commited to play for the Lady Vols basketball. Here she is meeting Peyton Manning. Expected more stays abd nationships in our future.

Well taken care of property and a great location.

We came to Knoxville for a recruiting event at UT; stayed 3 nights. Overall, we had a great stay for the three of us. We enjoyed making breakfast every morning and loved the patios! Bring new to Knoxville, we really appreciated the binder of suggested food and coffee areas as well as recommended local events. We loved the farmer’s market on market square on Saturday morning! This is in a great location and a perfect place for no more than 2-3 people… 7 minutes from UT campus and only a few blocks to find great food and entertainment!

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. Perfect location for visiting UT and not wanting to stay right in the city. Host was very accommodating and we appreciated his suggestions of places to eat in the area. We will stay again!
