Vibrant home with private pool with spa, firepit, and private gas grill

Loved the house!

Had an amazing time here for a belated birthday trip! Very spacious house, lovely pool, and perfect decor to accent the architecture (and personally obsessed with the framed vintage photos throughout the house!) Amazing customer service at checkin and when I called on arrival. Had an issue with the lock box to get the keys and was quickly assisted over the phone! The grill wasn’t working despite being connected to gas, but wasn’t a huge issue to cook on the stove instead. Would definitely stay again, and would move in tomorrow if I could!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful spacious house in Palm Springs. The house has everything one might need for cooking and dining and playing in the pool. Spacious setup with lots of places to sit and relax, we were 8 people (3 grandparents, 2 parents, 3 kids ages 9-18) and we had plenty of space in the house. Pictures are accurate. House was a 10/10 for us. Neighborhood is safe and quite, and close to Palm Springs downtown, several supermarkets, restaurants, and hiking. We would definitely stay again if we go to PS. Our only gripe is with Vacasa that manages the house. Check in instructions and e-mails before the stay were ambiguous and we did not get the pool heated because we asked too late due to the unclear e-mail instructions and they were not going to heat the pool after we were there.

We loved the layout and amount of natural light you get with all the windows. Casita was much more spacious than we expected. Overall amazing experience

Property size and layout was good for extended family coming together for a vacation . We were disappointed in a few things. There’s an additional $150/day charge to heat the hot tub. The faucet to the sink in the MIL suite was broken upon arrival and there was no cable or satellite connected to the tv so our young kids couldn’t watch cartoons when they woke up earlier than everyone else. (What’s the point of a tv in there at all?). The carpet in the MIL suite was stained and just looked pretty used up. There are no extra sheets available. It was doable for our trip but it wasn’t anything luxurious and I wouldn’t return.

This home is an iconic Palm Springs experience. Incredible detail and fitted out perfectly to accommodate guest. Great location.

Great location, very nice backyard, pool, and hot tub. Very quiet neighborhood. Very clean and everything you need.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We loved the authentic mid-century home, and the furnishings were perfect. The pool was great. We would definitely recommend this home
