Vibrant DeLand House Near Stetson University!

Very roomy house, close to the highways and short walk or very short drive (5 minutes) to downtown Deland and Stetson. Very clean, appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, plenty of fun games (board games, foosball/bumper pool table) and 3 spacious rooms. Host responsiveness very immediate.

We were alums attending Stetson University for homecoming weekend. We were very pleased with the property. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped although we did not eat meals there, except for coffee and bagels in the morning. We loved the water and ice dispenser on the refrigerator door. The seating in the living room was very comfortable for chatting with a cup of coffee or watching tv. The yard was huge and had outdoor table and chairs. The carport and side entrance came in handy on the afternoon it was raining hard. We look forward to returning for next year’s homecoming weekend.

The home is very clean, comfortable, quiet and equipped with all your needs for a relaxing home away from home stay. Super responsive professional host that gave clear check-in/out instructions and rules of the home... overall great stay in deland while visiting mom's grave site and will definitely book on my next Deland visit... again thank you for the opportunity...

This house met all our needs. Great location. The beds were comfortable. The only suggestion would be to have a few more chairs in the living room. The host was responsive to fix the shower head.

This was a stopover while bringing my 80 yr old mother from Finland to Alaska, and it was perfect. The house is not wheelchair friendly but it is really close. My mom was able to navigate the 3 stairs outside and once inside, there was plenty of room for the walker. This is an older home that has been nicely updated. Rooms were large, beds were comfy and all the basics were there. While it has a nice back yard, access was inconvenient for a disabled person so we never got to use it. Also, it has a full size modern washer/drier, but you have to go outside to a separate room to use it. Overall, this was a great stay and I would do it again if the need arises. Also, response from the host was almost instantaneous. Thank you!!

House had everything we needed. It was very clean and instructions to use electronics were made easily available.Liked having a laundry. Location was good to access parks, downtown areas, and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood.

Nice space but the Wi-Fi was out without them communicating that to us. When I texted them about this and glitchy lighting which prevented us from sleeping at night during the stay, they didn’t give good customer service.

What a great place to stay, Owner was always responsive and always answered my phone call, which I appreciate! Roomy and comfortable, beds and furniture. Close to many things needed for your stay. Definitely will stay again for the race weekends.
