Stayed Oct 10, 2025Perfect for a single person or couple!! This place was great!! Minutes from downtown DeLand. The outdoor area was lit with string lights and a fire pit for cooler nights!! The dogs loved the big yard. Peggy was a gracious host who thought of everything before we arrived. This will be my go-to place when I am in town

Stayed Feb 28, 2025We were in town to watch some college baseball. Peggy greeted us when we arrived and made us feel welcome. The Mini Monarch is a quaint place with all the amenities needed for a few days’ stay.This was our first trip to Deland and we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed May 6, 2024It is such a cute place. Close to downtown and the college. The back patio area was my favorite to relax and enjoy the night.
