VeryPrivateHouse in Riverside,3bedrooms& 2 1/2 bathroom house w/Pool & big Patio

This was an excellent property to stay for our entire family and friends. The house was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The host was very responsive so it made our stay even more comfortable. We would definitely love to come back to this house in our next visit to CA.

This is the first time I've had to post a negative review, and I don't like leaving negative ones, but I am unhappy I spent so much money on this place and wish I had been warned as well. I would not recommend staying here if you plan on having many people or if you plan on cooking. The outside is lovely, the pool is gorgeous, has a lot of backyard games and plenty of parking. Location is good. The inside is not as well stocked. The floor was so dirty that I couldn't go barefoot from the first day. There were no washcloths, we had to search for hand soap, no shower soap, no top sheets on the bed, we had to put them on ourselves, coffee canister empty, no laundry or dishwasher soap, couldn't use microwave and oven at the same time or the fuse would blow, kitchen is not well stocked for that many guests or cooking. 2nd shower didn't work for our stay, so some of my guests went to a motel, incurring extra costs. Owner says it was just worked on so my guess is that the air wasn't blown out of the line before we came, so that's all we got, but the people after us apparently got water. Handle came off at one point so we stopped trying as to not mess it up further. 16 cannot sleep here comfortably. Owner ad still says they have two futons, but they are not in the house. I knew this beforehand because I asked since the photos didn't line up with the listings, but letting others know since it's still on their page.

This stay was quite lovely, had a big family of 12 ranging from adults to teenagers to small children and we had a amazing time we didn’t even want to leave stayed outside in the pool area our whole visit. Huge kitchen for cooking and eating. Definitely would stay here again.

We had an awesome stay. The house had a lot amenities.

One of the sinks was blocked, and the host showed up the next day to fix it. The dishwasher wasn't working and we figured it was because the water connection to the dishwasher was closed. There were many tiny black silverfish-like insects outside and some inside, harmless though. Property was overall clean.

This property was exactly what we needed. Family was in town for my son's wedding. Great place to just be together. Plenty of room. The grandbabies had so much fun with the play area, the bigger kids (adults) enjoyed the pool table. I can't say enough about the kitchen. We hope to be back for our next visit. Thanks so much! This home is a very beautiful home. We really enjoyed our stay... Thank you for allowing our family to stay and celebrate our family members birthday, with friend's and family.

Excellent hosts and a very beautiful house. We were very pleased with the rental. You have everything you need to have a good time with the family. One thing to consider, possibly with an extra cost, would be heating for the pool because the water was cold. But overall, everything was very good! Thank you, Jean Pierre.
