A perfect place to enjoy a quiet beach (only a 2 block walk) and be close to lots of outdoor activities. Can't wait to come back!

If you're looking for privacy, a quite neighborhood,then this is the place for you. If you have respiratory problems, or get upset about internet,television,phone lag then this place isn't for you. The home seems to have a bad mold/odor problem.

This place is in what feels like an amazon forest and the cottage is very tastefully decorated. Walk to beach.

Such a great time at the Beach House at Summerplace! The beds were comfortable and the living area was perfect for gathering. It was really clean inside, nice water pressure and the AC worked (which is always a plus in Florida)! Would love to stay here with my family again if the chance comes.

Enjoyed our weekend stay at the cozy beach house. Close to private beaches and fishing areas. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Would highly recommend.

This sweet cottage was bigger than it looks with two suites and everything you could want. A great place to have friends over. We took many walks to the beach and a great spot to see space launches.

This property was great for our stay. A very short walk to the beach which was perfect for our family.

We loved the community that had classic old FLA cottages. It felt like you were nestled in a tropical jungle. The cottage was a delight with plenty of space for a couple or family. We loved sitting on the front porch or grilling in the back. The host was very helpful with any issues and quick to respond. The property is across the road from the beach and an easy walk. Once on the beach, you can walk for miles either direction. Many nature preserves are nearby for those that love to see the birds that congregate here. We especially loved watching the wood storks, skimmers and roseate spoonbills. The area did not feel as crowded as the gulf side which we loved. We found some great restaurants and a wonderful theater too in the area. We hope to return one day.

Gorgeous beach house with everything you need to be comfortable and private beach access was easy and delightful.

This was my second stay here. That’s how much I like staying here. The location is great and the house is cozy & comfortable. I loved that they had a Christmas tree with working lights to add to the ambieance.

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful home for a few nights to investigate the treasure coast, and we thoroughly enjoyed this home. It was warm and welcoming, comfortable and had all the amenities needed! The host was quick to respond and resolve an issue we had with the microwave. Will definitely be wanting to stay here again if our travels bring us back. A 10+ home!

This was a wonderful property - very clean and well-appointed with thoughtful touches designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible! It was great being within walking distance to a fairly private beach. The communication with the property manager was timely and clear. The cottage was very spacious and well laid out - it was just me this time but I can see where two couples could share this place easily. There is a split layout so everyone has their own bedroom/bathroom/privacy with plenty of common areas for sitting and hanging out. I really can't say enough about this place. It was fantastic and I hope to visit again!

This was perfect for a father/son fishing trip. The accommodations are roomy and comfortable. Zero complaints!

This rental is beautiful and comfortable inside. The owners made check-in and check-out very easy. The location is fantastic - steps away from the ocean and easy to get to food and entertainment. I plan on renting this location again if I can.

We stayed at The Beach House for a short visit and we hope to be back soon. The house was charmingly 'beachy', had all the comforts of home - clean and comfortable. I'm a person who never sleeps through the night - but I did here. Location was perfect - Loved that it was right across the street from the beach. Hosts communicated almost instantly - Highly Recommend.

Such a cute cottage! The bed and linens were super comfy. Everything was well organized and stocked including unexpected surprises like coffee and ice cream. The decorations were beach themed and well curated. The neighborhood had similar cottages and was well vegetated with palms and plants creating a canopy like affect over the quiet roads. Walk to the beach was less then 5 minutes and worth it! Beautiful beach and the water was wonderful! Crystal blue and warm!
