This was a beautiful and serene space with expansive property and mountain views. We loved how close it was to Bromley, town center (free ice skating) and Hapgoods (a lovely traditional VT store with delicious pizza) We will be back!

Beautiful spacious home, perfect mountain ambiance and a spectacular setting. So close to Bromley, it’s almost slopeside.

The house was amazing. Family-friendly with toys for the kids. The farm animals were a hit for our son. The host (Gardner) was fantastic to work with and responded quickly. We would definitely stay again!

New Spring Farm is an exceptionally lovely and peaceful corner of Vermont, perfect for reconnecting with the sounds of nature and the night sky. We spent a lovely week at the farm house. The owner keeps the place pristine and well stocked with everything guests could want. It's a super relaxing environment that forces you to decompress. The house has stunning views and seems to have been tastefully renovated recently. The farm is busy and hosts a variety of classes in its barn, which about 75 ft away from the guest house. It didn't bother us at all. There are restaurants nearby and Bromley is about a 10 minute drive. This is a special place. Buy the farm produced eggs! Delicious.

This is one of the absolute best properties anywhere in the proximity of Stratton/Bromley/Magic. I’ve rented 10 different houses in that Peru/Winhall region and everything about this property and its owner is a top experience, especially with children. My wife agreed and she has quite high standards!

WOW! It’s rare in today’s world that something under promises and over delivers however, this property is exactly that! While the pictures clearly show a beautiful house and property it still doesn’t do justice to the true serene beauty! As frequent travelers to Vermont, we are very familiar with the area and the offerings and this property couldn’t be more well suited for a family or group who is looking for both privacy and convenience. Only one mile from a very well appointed general store and a stones throw to the town of Manchester you somehow managed to still feel like the only people on earth. Unique to this property is the variation in landscape; While other Rental properties were gorgeous, this particular house was set in such a way that you were able to enjoy the rolling hills at the base of the mountains giving you an optimal 360° view. Additionally, there was both a stocked trout pond and a rocky creek that flowed through the property, which was ideal for the children to play. As mentioned in the description it is a working farm so you also have benefit of cohabitating with their heard of cattle, ducks, and chickens. I would 100% recommend this rental Specifically for families with young children. The house is well appointed and immaculate but simplistic in a way that accommodates children of all ages with amenities such as a full sized toddler bed/crib and tons of quality toys that my kids enjoyed! 10/5 stars! thanks for the great stay!
