Stayed Oct 9, 2025House was great - very clean, tons of parking, close to beach and some great restaurants. Only thing to be aware of is the house uses a solar water heater, so showers werent steamy hot, but other than that it was great for our group of 8 adults.

Stayed Dec 5, 2024We had a blast here fun hang out space. A little cold in the winter but there were space heater provided which was really nice. Pool table and other features were super nice. However you have to share parking with the neighbor and the owner who stopped by quite a bit. Make sure you ask for a lock box or something if you have multiple guests that want to go different places.

Stayed Oct 20, 2023Highly recommend staying here especially with a big group. Plenty to do in and out of the house. Monika was a wonderful host and responded quickly the couple times we had questions. This is one of the best areas to stay in LA and this house made it even better!

Stayed Sep 6, 2023Spacious two-story modern compound close to beach, great restaurants and shopping. Cool breezes at night. Lots of windows. Safe and private. Amazing food truck across the street.

Stayed Apr 13, 2023My 4 friends and I really enjoyed this house for our mini reunion. Check in process was easy & efficient & Monika was great about checking in with us to see if we needed anything. It is very clean and stocked with plenty of glasses, dishes, towels, soap etc. The layout was perfect for our group, there are 2 identical floors, each with a large kitchen, outdoor patio area & fire pit, large living room & TV, 2 bedrooms: one master with adjoining bathroom, one bedroom which has the bathroom off the main area next to the kitchen. The murphy beds in the living room were a bit odd but could come in handy for larger groups. The outdoor patios are really great and we enjoyed the games in the yard too. The location is just a few blocks from the Venice beach walk & next to Main Street santa MOnica and just a block from some amazing local Venice restaurants & coffee shops. We really loved our stay!
