*Security System and Video Surveillance. We have security cameras in the outside spaces of the house such as: ring doorbell, spa, front porch, and deck. Like most fine hotels and hospitality housing & for your safety and protection we may have active and recorded security cameras outside at the door (ring doorbell) and around the perimeter of the property. Cameras also may monitor pool and jacuzzi/spa safety, cars and parking. We respect your privacy and we do not actively monitor the cameras; however, they are there for insurance purposes and for your protection and the protection of the property. By agreeing to our terms herein you agree and acknowledge the above.

*Non - Smoking House Rules. Thank you for not smoking anywhere on the premises (either inside or outside the home premise). Any smoking in the house will be subject to an additional comprehensive cleaning fee of $500. We are in a Fire Hazard Zone, so please, no Tabaco, cigars, weed, vaping, or any other type of smoke inhalation form on our premises. Let’s prevent and keep everyone safe!

Please note that the $500 comprehensive cleaning fee will also apply if you leave our property with ashes trail and/or impregnate the house with smells (related to your smoking ingredients). You also understand that you will be applicable for additional fees (besides the comprehensive cleaning fee) if you cause a fire at our place.

4. Upon request we can add a twin inflatable mattress downstairs (Sleeps 1).

FAQ's:

Q: Is there parking for one vehicle at the property
A: Tons of easy unrestricted street parking for cars. You can park less than 20 feet from the front door. Easy

Q: Does the property have air conditioning
A: We have a new 5 ton A/C unit. But near the beach here you rarely need it.

Q: How safe the area is in general We have read mixed reviews about Venice Beach and the surrounding area and if you could give us your views it would be much appreciated.
A: That is in the old days Venice was rough. Now it is multimillion dollar homes, expensive shops and restaurants and movie stars and hipster google and facebook people. Yes, we do have some homeless and crazies but that's anywhere, even Beverly Hills. It's as safe as it gets here and it is THE most desirable and sought after location on earth.

Q: Is this location near tourisitic places in L.A.
A: I know how confusing LA can be if you don't live here. Venice is the top tourist destination. Places like Universal Studios are in the east side and the time to get there depends on the biggest problem in LA: TRAFFIC. Generally, we’re not more than about 30-40 minutes from any of the popular tourist sites.

Q: Is there a parking space
A: Street Parking only. Park anywhere legal you want to be conscientious and leave space for another car. Pull all the way up or back.

Basically, LA is spread out in 4 different directions. What you need is a home base that is freeway close to all. You have come to the right place.

We are very conveniently located on the west side and close (5 mins) to all Venice and Santa Monica attractions like Venice Beach and the Santa Monica Pier and Promenade and a ton of amazing places to eat and hang out. You want to be here.

To go to Universal, you are looking at about a 30-40 min drive depending on when you want to go but no one stays around there. Same with Disney. Hollywood is about the same but again most people prefer to stay beachside if they can afford it and then visit Hollywood and Beverly Hills during the day as they are super close.

Me and my family have lived here since 1992 and have never had any problems. The advantage of this house is that it is brand new, fully secured, monitored and alarmed and in a quiet family neighborhood. YOU WILL LOVE IT!

    We stayed at Shaahin’s house for 9 nights during March break 2025. First of all, great location. Short drive to Venice Beach, Abbot Kinney, Marina Del Ray and Santa Monica. Also it only took about 15 min to/from LAX. Even the drive to Disney was only about 45-50 min in rush hour. I was a bit doubtful about the claim that we could easily find street parking directly outside the house (I’m from Toronto where that doesn’t happen). BUT we did park directly outside each day or at most one house over which was great. The house is nicely decorated. The bedrooms are a little small but they do the job. Lots of natural light on both floors. If you’re a coffee drinker, they have a drip coffee brewer, a Keurig and a Nespresso so you’re covered!I used the hot tub most nights if we were home early enough which was a nice relaxing end to long days of sightseeing. There were two times we needed some assistance - dead batteries in the TV remote and my son accidentally locked a closet door. We texted Shaahin and he was there within minutes to help out.A huge bonus was the amazing traffic in LA. I’ve heard nightmare stories but it was 10x better than Toronto on the freeways and probably 20x better in the city.

    Our family had a wonderful stay at this perfectly located property. We were looking for something in a quiet neighborhood but within close proximity to restaurants, the beach, LA, and other surrounding communities.     The location of this property was excellent. Plenty of shopping and restaurants. While parking was on the street we had no issues parking near the house. The hot tub was a great perk and so relaxing. Have more than one bathroom is essential with teenagers so the half bath downstairs was great. Thank you for a great stay.

    We stayed here for about a week before boarding a cruise and the stay was excellent. The house is really cute and we had no issues at all. The location is perfect and we never had trouble parking on the street right in front of the house. There are some great, kid friendly restaurants within walking distance and the location was close to so many cool things. There's a Trader Joes and Whole Foods nearby and we would go to different beaches in the mornings and afternoons that were only a short 5-10 minute drive away. The shower had hot water and everything worked as promised. The AC was cold and it was nice having a Washer and Dryer to use before boarding a ship. We would definitely stay here again and enjoyed our time in LA.

    Overall very nice. The mish mash of kitchenware made preparing meals a bit of a challenge, but that's typical for rental property. Watch your toes walking around by the hot tub as the boards are uneven. Convenient location.

    The house was nice and worked very well for us as a home base for adventures into LA. The house isn't big but easily slept five. The owner was very good with communication and quickly fixed a problem with an appliance.
