Stayed Dec 23, 2019Stayed here over Christmas with three adults and three kids/teens (11, 13 and 14). - and a small dog.Terrific family property right on the beach - perfect location to enjoy the unique atmosphere of Venice Beach, and dog-friendly too! Great rental experience...would stay again.

Stayed Oct 3, 2019It was great. Nice and quiet with a great view and access to beach. Nice that bikes were available it made getting around very easy. My daughters enjoyed the piano and all the sea shells.

Stayed May 3, 2019We had a great time, the condo was clean and well equipped. The location is ideal with plenty of restaurants just a block away. The view from our porch and the rooftop deck were amazing!! We didn’t want to leave. The hosts were quick to respond and very accommodating. The units do have hardwood floors so you could hear your neighbors at times, and I’m sure they could hear my kiddos running around as well, but that is to be expected! It didn’t bother us, but if you are a light sleeper it may. Overall, wonderful place and can’t wait to return!!! Thanks so much Noel & Robin!
