Velvet and Brass Cozy Four Bedroom Poolside & Hot Tub Retreat

One of the best trips of our lives! Such a great house. The bedding was so soft and the pillows were fluffy. Ample towels, amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry, sunscreen, lotion, and tons of chargers for all our devices). The host was spectacular; excellent communication and she made sure we had everything we needed. We had so much fun. After busy days full of once in a lifetime adventures, relaxing in the hot tub under the stars felt heavenly. The location was close to the freeway and we found some great places to eat nearby. Highly recommend the property and hope to stay there again in the future.

We highly recommend staying here. The house is beautiful and clean, as are the pool, hot tub and grounds. House has all kinds of extra amenities (games, cooking supplies). Check inn/out was a breeze and Buffy was an excellent host. Very welcoming and quick to respond to any questions we had. Location is great, close to many attractions in LA. Would love to stay their again. Our kids ranked this VRBO house in their top list of things we did in LA and the competition was Universal Studios, Venice Beach, Santa Monic Pier, etc so obviously very kid friendly house.

The house was clean and comfortable, and “as advertised” in the listing. Our host was easy to reach, helpful in getting us acclimated, and accommodating. After long days exploring LA, it was lovely coming home to the hot tub and pool!

We enjoyed our time at the house, everything was clean and our girls enjoyed the pool!Buffy was very accommodating by letting us in early.

Buffy was a wonderful host and her home was perfect. We had a little technology glitch in the beginning and Buffy was responsive, kind, and willing to help in anyway possible. The home itself was spacious enough for the 6 of us. The 4 boys loooooved the pool and hot tub. Thank you for making the first leg of vacation so great!

We stayed at this house for our first mothers and sons trip to Universal Studios, and it was a success!! Three 8 year old boys jumped straight into the pool as soon as we arrived. The pool was chilly, but no problems for 8 year olds! The hot tub jets warmed the water for respite. Our van just barely fit the driveway, and that was all we needed. The house felt like a home and we were all very comfortable. We used the kitchen to store our food and bake pizza. The shower water heater was quick and there were no issues. Beds firm yet comfortable and you can tell the home decor was curated with purpose. Such easy access and our host, Buffy, could have easily been one of our friends. She was very communicative and when VRBO chat was glitching, she reached out to me through text messaging to make sure everything was going well. We were only 20 min from Universal Studios and 40 min from LAX. Thank you, Buffy for your lovely home!

We stayed 3 nights. The property owner, Buffy, kept in touch with us to ensure we had all we needed. She was available before we were scheduled to check in until after checkout. We had full run of the house, pool, etc.
