We didnt use the hot tub but the kitchen was well stocked and had all things we needed. The host met us one night at the house. She was very informative and super polite. We enjoyed visiting with her. Would definitely rent this house again.

I love this house. It’s the second time I’ve stayed here and it’s the perfect oasis. Super easy and comfortable and wonderful pool. Lots of things walking distance.

Our family of 6 was very comfortable. We loved the pool, hot tub and the comfortable and private back patio. Paula accommodated our every request (even my mother-in-law’s) without hesitation. I was completely wowed by her level of hospitality. The location of the house was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. We hope to stay here again.

Paula was a superb host and our stay could not have been more enjoyable. This was a great place for our family of five to stay. Our favorite adventures during our visit were Valley of Fire State Park and the Wizard of Oz at the Digital Sphere.

I've stayed in many VRBOs, Paula was hands down the best owner/manager I've ever experienced, an absolute 10!The property is dated, but well cared for and very clean. Everything works and the house is very well equipped with everything you'll need for your stay. If I'm ever coming to Las Vegas again, this property will be my first choice for my stay.

The location was very close to markets and local restaurants and was conveniently located 15 minutes from the strip and 10 minutes from the airport. Wonderful house in a great location. We had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend off the strip, but with easy access for the events and activities we had planned.Our host left a sweet note and an even sweeter box of brownies. So thoughtful!We will stay here again for sure!

We had a great week’s stay at the villa!It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. The pool area was perfect for unwinding, with plenty of seating, a hot tub, and a BBQ — ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing in the sun.The villa itself was very clean and well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen and three good-sized bedrooms.Paula, the host, was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.We would definitely recommend this villa and would love to stay again!

What a great experience! Paula the host was responsive and helpful. A small toilet problem was resolved the next day, and she supplied extra water toys for the kids without asking.The pool and hot tub were great - the pool vacuum was new to us, but we quickly adjusted, and it really did a great job keeping the pool clean.Being super close to shopping and restaurants was really helpful, and made for an easy stay. I would definitely recommend this place to families looking for a base for a stay in Vegas.

Paula is an excellent hostess, making sure that we had everything we needed. The pool/spa were fantastic and we made good use of them in the Vegas heat. I will definitely book this home for every future Vegas trip!

Perfect location with all of your necessities just down the street, and located in a beautiful neighborhood! Also, just a short drive to the Las Vegas Strip!! We loved our stay! The house was exactly as it was listed online. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Excellent location to everything we wanted to do and see. My kids had a blast using the pool and hot tub. We had a wonderful time.

Super clean, lovely home in a quiet residential neighborhood. Convenient location if you are not interested in being right on the Vegas strip. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spent most of our time in the backyard. Paula was lovely and very accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Six of us stayed in the home and had enough space and were very comfortable! The pool, spa, and patio were a highlight! The location was perfect for both Las Vegas downtown and strip, as well as day trips to hiking locations.

Great location and so clean you could eat off the floors! Our host greeted us with a dozen cookies and personalized instruction answering any questions we had. she was available throughout our stay if we had any questions and even reminded us to put out the garbage. The house was perfect in every way with the attention to detail, and I can’t think of anything that we would have needed that wasn’t supplied down to coffee and laundry detergent. Plus a cabinet full of spices and other condiments. We had a three and five year-old and with the heated pool and pool toys already in the garage plus a cabinet full of games they were entertained. The location was perfect in regards to taking them to the children’s museum, the natural history, museum, and even down to the strip to go to the aquarium. Overall don’t think you would find a better vrbo. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this house. Paula was a great host to work with. The house was clean and well stocked. The pool and spa was a great welcome after a busy day in Vegas.

The home is just as pictured and described. Nice location to everything. Used the spa which was clean and great after a round of golf. Living room was relaxing with fireplace and cable TV. The king bed very comfortable and offered a great night of sleep. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Paula was a great host. Met up day one very nice since we had some questions. She was always available if needed. Would highly recommend this place to others. Plan to stay here when we come to town.

My sisters & I had a wonderful girls trip in Vegas for a week. The rental was just as described, in a good location, close to everything. Nice, comfortable beds! The hot tub and fireplace were especially enjoyed. Paula was excellent at communicating. I’d definitely recommend!

My family of four stayed at the house for a week over the long winter holiday. The location of the house is fantastic. There are a lot of amenities near by, it is close to the airport and only 20 minutes from the Strip. The hot tub is great. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. The walls in the back yard give you a lot of privacy. The house has all of the things you need for a week long stay but it is starting to show it's age. Some of the appliances are not in the best condition.

The property was perfect for us to host a chill family Christmas with our local fam! The hottub was an awesome bonus. The host even left us a Christmas tree to decorate!

We came out for a softball tournament and the fields were only 10 mins away which was perfect! The home was welcoming and we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be booking again. Paula is a great host! She stopped by to greet us and make sure we had everything we needed
