please only smoke in the back yard . No smoke or talk loud or play music or play music from your car in front of house and driveway dispose your cigarette butts into the trash. please do not leave them on the ground . NO SMOKING INSIDE the house (no vape , tobacco , marijuana hookah or cigars) It will be $350 deep cleaning fee charge if you smoke inside the house
No visitors nogatherings . NO PETS (dogs, cat,birds,turtles ,hamster etc)in the house . Quite hours after 9 Pm to be respectful to the neighbors. I do not hold luggage for liability reasons.
Please DO NOT set the temperature below 70 (during the dates from May 1 to SEP 30 )it puts too much strain on the compressor and it will break. if that happens you will be responsible for the repair. the average cost to repair is somewhere between $400 to $900 USD .if you accidentally break or damge something during your stay. please let us know immediately. Then we can check if repair or replacement is needed at that time . also you will be responsible to pay for the repair or replacenent of the item
Before checking out please put all the USE towel in the basket ,do not put on the floor, all damage towel will be charge $10 up . Please gather up all your trash and empty it into the big bins. There will be an additional $25 charge if you don't do it. Check in time is any time after 3 PM. Check out time is promptly at 11 AM. Anytime after 11 AM late checkout fees starting at $25 will apply.(if you need any special accommodationswith regards to the above times please notify me immediately so i can try to assist) Please understand that i schedule my cleaning crews at the time of your arrival in order to be available at your departure for speedy service
By booking this property you have confirmed that you have read , understand , and agree to everything listed and understand that by breaking there rules/guidelines will result in the forfeit of your $350 security deposit.
