Stayed Dec 29, 2025Our host Greg was wonderful! There were a few minor issues, but Greg took care of them right away! It was a beautiful house so close to the beach. There was plenty of space and beach stuff! Loved it!! Will rent again!!!

Stayed Apr 18, 2025We really enjoyed our stay. We love that there are two distinct living spaces so we could come together in the larger space, but still have our own separate living areas. The place was very clean and cozy. We loved that it wasn’t far from the beach or town and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. We highly suggest Joe’s Diner for breakfast!

Stayed Jun 23, 2024My family had an excellent time at this house. Everything in it is as pictured. It was immaculately clean. Greg, the host, is responsive and checked in with us throughout our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed relaxing on the various decks. In addition, Vanderbilt Beach is 5 minutes away as well as different restaurants/shopping spaces. My 6 year old daughter had a blast playing in the spacious backyard. Anytime we vacation in Naples, we certainly will be staying at this house if it is available.
