We rented the Eco Lodge in July '23 for 4 nights and had a wonderful gathering of family and friends. It's a very unique and inspiring property that was perfect for our needs. Micah, who lives on the property in another unit, was the perfect host, going out of his way to make sure our gathering was everything we could have hoped for. His friendly demeanor and generosity with his time and knowledge was appreciated by everyone in our group. We would highly recommend the property for anyone looking for a unique experience in a beautiful setting.
Magical property with delightful gardens and eye-catching architectural elements. MIcah is a wonderful host and is very helpful and easy to work with. Five stars.
Beautiful tranquil surroundings with an amazing and unique living space full of light, art, and interesting architectural design.Gorgeous outdoor space with gardens and water elements as well as hot tub and bocce court . Very warm, gracious ,knowledgeable and responsive host. So wonderful to come home to after a day of hiking or time at the beach .
We had wonderful time in this one of a kind eco refuge home! Unique in everything aspect, providing warmth and tranquility. Micah is an excellent host. We enjoyed it and we’ll come back again soon! Highly recommended!
Incredibly inspiring stay and a wonderful weekend connecting with close friends. The kitchen was the hub, fueling the relaxation and all the surrounding nooks and cozy corners were filled with laughs and conversation. The level of intention around the space, between the architecture, garden, Sims watercolors and the library collection had everyone in the group so humbled. There is an immediate level of peacefulness to the land with its views. We were all glowing from the experience leaving with a creative boost. I want to thank Micah for being an excellent host and sharing the space with us. TruIy hope to make it back someday.
What a unique property full of art and an eclectic sensibility. Very beautifully maintained. Large, well stocked kitchen. Working fireplaces, bocce ball for the kids and a trampoline.
We thoroughly loved the property. There were 10 of us - all sorts of family members. Plenty of beds for 10 of us. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and then some. The property and grounds were a dream.
We enjoyed our stay at Eco-Refuge. The first floor kitchen and dining space is perfect for groups of ten or more people. The second floor living room was an excellent meeting space. The wifi was dependable. We stayed in the winter and with power outages, Eco-Refuge has a back up battery for keeping power. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was of good quality. We plan to come back for our annual retreat. Micah is the best host. He makes sure we had all we needed and was very accessible and helpful.
Thanks Micah for sharing your family home, it was just the getaway we needed! So lucky the sun came out the last day, great time - many thanks
Micah was incredibly helpful as we had unexpected travel issues and he went above and beyond to accommodate us. Friendly, professional, such a warm host with an incredible home that he takes great care of and is generous to share with guests. We had rain all three days and felt so fortunate that we were able to spend the time in such a beautiful, magical house. Thanks Micah!
The home and grounds are well loved and tended, the space is magical and inspirational, and Micah went out of this way to accommodate our group's special needs. A must-stay in Point Reyes!
Beautiful house and sourroundigs
We loved our stay at the Eco-Refuge! The house is spacious, beautifully designed, and the grounds provide much to enjoy. Micah is helpful and friendly! Our only regret is that we were busy with activities in the area and didn't get to spend as much time enjoying this home. I would gladly return to stay here again.
Unusual, creative architecture and design features makes this rambling home a delight.
Very unique and relaxing property. At least til you get to the competitive bocce ball games
Really beautiful and unique place for a family getaway. Peaceful/remote but just a quick drive to shops, hikes and beaches. I hope to come back again!
Property was gorgeous and there was more than enough room for all of us to stay!
