Stayed May 1, 2026Van - The owner - was great. The house is ideal if you want to be 20 minutes from an event downtown. We’d stay again if we attend the Derby again.

Stayed Apr 16, 2026House was a mix of old and new which was fun to explore. Big kitchen which could be equipped a bit better. Great yard with large deck and separate fire pit area. Located on a busy street which has noise and congestion at peak times of day. Overall, a lovely home.

Stayed Dec 22, 2024Great clean space to relax with back deck and fire pit in evening. Nice gas grill for late night dinners. Good size bedrooms for everyone and bathrooms for house guests. Plenty of hosting & relaxing room with living room, dining room, kitchen, and front/back deck. Plenty of parking ;). Laundry room has you covered for dirty and clean clothes. Need a day to get used to Middletown traffic and road noise but you have every store, chain, and hole in the wall food joint within five minutes drive. Also, jump on Gene Snyder to get to many parts of Louisville in 10-15 minutes with no traffic. Lastly, a must see foyer light fixture.

Stayed Nov 15, 2024We were only in town for 2 nights but me and my adult kids loved the house. It was too chilly and late to sit outside on the lovely deck but that would have been fun, especially if we would have had the bonfire going. The only downside to the house is it is on a busy road but I would still rent it again.
