Vale do Guizo Casa Poente, comfortable home in the countryside, close to the sea

A very enjoyable 2 week stay. Many interesting hikes, both from the property & within a 15 minute drive - to the beaches & coastline. The same goes for restaurants & I would specifically single out Museo Batatas Doce.

Casa Nascente is a wonderful cottage with a very nice and cosy atmosphere. We felt immediately at home, thanks to the heartfelt hospitality of Heike and Klaus, who were always there to help and give us tips. We enjoyed the beautiful garden, Paco the donkey and the chickens and can only highly recommend this place. Thanks again to our fantastic hosts Heike and Klaus!

We had wonderful summer vacations in a cosy, stress free, no thrills home. With a good layout, very well located and above all quiet all day around, where you could experience the most beautiful starfilled night sky. The hosts were super friendly and always worried with our well-being. Highly recommended for families or single couples. Will return again, for sure.

We had very good experience at Heike and Klaus property. Communication was easy and they were always available for anything we needed. They even offered us a pack of eggs from their chickens. Expect great landscape around the house and Aljezur centre is not far. The house had all the commodities and it was super clean. Best place to relax. It was a very nice stay. Thank you!

This accommodation was exactly what we were looking for. Very comfortable bed, lots of indoor and outdoor space to relax in a wonderful country setting. Heike was an extraordinary host. She accommodated our late arrival, gave us tips for exploring the area and even provided treats from her garden. I would have Guly recommend this property

Very pretty property set in a quiet, rural location. Lovely gardens with lots of flowers. Extremely well equipped, light and comfortable. We really appreciated the vases of fresh flowers in the house on our arrival. The owners were most helpful and friendly. We would stay in this house again as we liked it so much.

We had never been to this part of Portugal and it was a pleasant surprise, a rugged picturesque coastline with lots of walks. We were restricted to how much we could do as we had our elderly labrador with us, however we were very happy to stay at the house and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Heike and Klaus made us very welcome and offered lots of useful local information to make the most of our week stay. Thank you both, especially for the fresh eggs, they were delicious.

All the experience exceeded our already high expectations. It is a great place for all the family and Heike is an amazing host. A peaceful and beautiful retreat with the perfect combination of mountain and beach and a fairies home.

Beautiful property with everything you need, loved the garden and surrounding wilderness

This house is the perfect getaway. It is serene and peaceful, but close to several local beaches and within a short drive to the stunning cliffs in Lagos and the other cities along the Southern coast. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that I needed to prepare meals. Heike and Klaus were perfect hosts. I enjoyed the fresh eggs from the chickens and the oranges from the trees in the backyard. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
