Everything was beautiful and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The showers were hot even after washing clothes and 3 other showers before me. The view and the Florida room were my favorite part. The host had great communication and were willing to have a handy man come out asap for a clogged sink. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you!

We had a blast! This rental had everything we needed and then some! The home was clean and fully stocked - bath towels, pool towels, fishing rod, cooler. Great location!! We would definitely rent again!

Pool and outdoor area was great. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed to cook. Having towels available was perfect, and we loved the snacks that were left to help us get through the first night before hitting the grocery store. One of the best rentals we have used!

The host Nemi was wonderful! Very quick to respond to any questions and checked in to make sure we were happy. The home is nicely appointed. Beds and pillows very comfortable and home immaculately clean with thoughtful extras. Pool area and outdoor seating area very pretty, comfortable and serene. Overall amazing stay with our adult children. The only thing I would suggest is to have plastic outdoor drinking cups for the pool area. Thanks Nemi!!

Great stay. The house was perfect for our 2 year old. The house had plenty of supplies, towels, and pool toys. Everything in the kitchen was labeled and there was plenty of kitchenware for cooking. 5 stars!

Nice Holiday Family Trip

This place was just the ticket to entertain our two grandchildren, ages 4 and 6. When they came to visit us they loved watching the boats coming and going in the waterway behind the house and playing in the pool. This was a friendly neighborhood which was quiet and peaceful. We were able to get out and take long walks through several neighborhoods. The host was awesome . They were quick to respond and made our stay enjoyable!!

The host answered all of my questions super fast. The pics do not do this house justice. It was super close to everything and the perfect spot between boca raton and del ray. I think we spent time outside more than inside because of the covered porch and screened in pool. The heated pool was so nice because we happened to be there on a cooler week. We fished a good amount and caught some big fish. The neighborhood the home is in is very peaceful and friendly. I will go again soon!

Very nice spot and relaxing with the pool and being on the canal, originally wanted to stay close to Atlantic but decided we wanted space and calmness which is what we had. Kitchen well equipped, appreciated the pool towels, grill…super clean home! easy uber rides to FAU for parents weekend and nights out in Delray.

Insuring my son at college. I wanted a place where he could come to with his roommates so I could feed them all, this place fit the bill perfectly

Went with wife for 4 nights in late August. The home was wonderful, the bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were modern and were equipped with everything you could possibly need or want. The location was perfect for exploring both north and south and the restaurants in the area were fantastic.And most importantly, Nemi was only a phone call or text away to answer any little problem or question. Nemi’s communication was extraordinary. Our experience couldn’t have been better.

This home made for a perfect getaway for our family of 4. The host was super responsive going above and beyond to make everything perfect from check in to check out. The community is quiet and in a perfect location to access everything from beaches to restaurants and grocery shopping. The house was clean and well stocked for our stay. We especially enjoyed the pool where we spent plenty of time. Plus, being on the canal provided for a serene and peaceful view while hanging out in the pool. We look forward to an opportunity to book another stay in the future.

The place was charming and very nice. The pool area was really clean and the pool was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and the house was clean and tidy. The owner was always available and quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Super relaxing, much needed break for the family, the house has everything you need for your stay

We enjoyed our time at the house with family. We brought our 18 month old and found the house to be easily childproofed. She loved the tanning ledge in the pool! The neighborhood is friendly and so close to publix, parks and restaurants.

Our stay here was wonderful, very comfortable, love the outdoor living space! The host was very responsive and helpful! Very well appointed and so appreciative of the organized kitchen and labels , we didn't have to guess anything. Decor is fresh new, modern and clean. And all the beds super comfy! For sure would stay here again!

Truly, wonderful experience overall communication with the Host top notch. This was a weekend getaway for my family and myself. There was absolutely no issues with the neighbors, nor the neighborhood extremely safe. My son had a great time fishing in the back deck my family enjoyed the pool area. We couldn’t have asked for a better home truly spectacular

This was a great house for our family of 4. The kitchen was well-stocked, the pool and Florida-room area of this house was amazing to hang out in, the owner responded to questions without a few minutes, the house is well-maintained, and the area around the house is nice.

Host was great helping to reschedule visit due to hurricane on the west coast of FL which cancelled our college visit. She was great to work with!

Absolutely loved everything about this property! It was immaculate, perfect location close proximity to the beach, shopping and restaurants. I was in town visitimg my college daughter she loved the pool and having a few home cooked meals while I was in town . Kitchen was great. I loved having my morning coffee on the dock. It was just the perfect weekend getaway! So peaceful and relaxing. I will definitely stay here again. The host was so responsive and so helpful.

This was our second time staying at this place. It’s perfect for visiting our family that is local. My son LOVES fishing off the dock. The peacock bass are fun to catch! Everyone enjoys the pool and outdoor area! It’s perfect! Check in process is super easy. Owner/ manager responds quickly if any issues arise. Great location in a safe neighborhood. Convenient to local airports.
