Vacation Vista~Vista Cay resort-3/3.5 Townhouse

This townhouse was nice. So nice every bedroom had its own bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Regular coffee maker not a con just used to Keurig most places we stay. Great location.

Our host has always tried be be helpful if there was a problem. The unit generally has better quality kitchen accessories than we've had at other Vista Cay properties.

The townhome was perfect for our family and visit to the Universal parks. In fact, you can walk to Epic from here. We did. Lots of space to relax. Everyone had thier own room and full bath! This was a huge hit with our 2 adult children.

Awesome hosts, excellent amenities, gated secure quiet community, plenty of parking with a small garage! The layout and rooms were perfectly as photographed. So clean and comfortable for our family with the downstairs bedroom and bath for privacy. It is 3 stories with the open living area on 2nd floor with half bath. Soooo nice! We really enjoyed our stay and lacked for nothing.

Clean, perfectly described, everything we needed. Would recommend!

This unit was perfect for our family. Great location for Convention Center events!

The unit has lots of space, was super clean, and met all of our needs. It is great if you are attending an event in the North/South convention center halls as it is walking distance which allows you to save the money on parking. The access to the property was super easy using a 6 digit code to unlock the door.

Location was close and convenient for three days at universal studios. Spacious and roomy for the entire family. Would definitely recommend!

I have stayed at several Vista Cay properties over the years, and this is my favorite. The little items provided in the unit were a step above other Vista Cay properties. The Cleanliness rating had more to do with the company that manages it, not with the unit itself. This unit was quieter than others we have stayed in closer to the main street.

Will be back in July same # of people and would like same unit

We were in town for a competition and the location couldn't have been more perfect. The home had ample space, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. It felt so welcoming when we arrived, the lights were on and smooth jazz playing in the house. It truly felt like home away from home. We would absolutely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay here. It’s literally across the street from the new Universal Epic theme park. Great location, clean and inviting.

Place was great. The only disappointment was not being told the pool and bar was closed due to renovation. There is a second pool and bar but you have to walk a good distance and cross a street to get there so not very convenient. Other than that the place was nice. Not new but nice and fit our needs.

Nice property. The rental had a nice supply of amenities for our stay. Ad wasn’t explicit about being a 3-floor condo with main bedrooms on third floor, but ended up not being too burdensome. Great communication with property manager, Pam.

The property was clean and it was a very easy check in process. It was myself, my husband, and our 5 kids staying. There was plenty of room for everyone.

I took my family for a tournament at the convention center. The location was great. The house was great and worked out well for all of us. I will book this location again
