The spacer>The home was just completely remodeled and is set up for all your vacation needs. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located in the main house with an additional bedroom located in the back yard next to the pool. The garage has been converted into a hip game room for entertaining. The kitchen has been fully stocked for all your at home cooking needs with kitchen island and dining table that seats 6. Smart TV's located in the living room, master bedroom, and one of the guests bedrooms. Backyard is totally set up for you with sparkling pool, fire pit, BBQ, putting green, sun loungers, and couch seating.

Sleeping arrangements:

Master bedroom has king sized bed with attached bathroom.
Guest bedroom #1 has queen sized bed.
Guest bedroom #2 has queen sixed bed.
Guest bedroom #3 has bunkbed with 2 queen sized and a twin bed. Also has pull out couch.
Pool house bedroom has queen sized bed.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home.

Other things to note
No unregistered guests are allowed at the property without consent of the hosts. The amount of people you book for is the amount of people allowed at the home.


Must be 25 years of age to rent home and ID may be required.

No local bookings without 3.five star reviews or approval from host.

Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10 PM Nightly and strictly enforced as this is a city ordinance.

No smoking is allowed on the property. Any signs of smoking will result in a $2000 fine.
