Vacation Paradise in Old Town Scottsdale!

It was such a cute house in a lovely little neighborhood just down the street from old Town Scottsdale. We had our immediate family in town, including our 80 year-old Yia Yia to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from medical school. The place was comfortable and cozy, very clean and looked just like its pictures. The location is a definite win if you’re looking to stay at a central location and near Scottsdale 10 out of 10 would rent again.

BART was very responsive and house was just as the pics showed. Was very relaxing would stay again.

House was clean and food amount of space for 2 families. Kids loved the pool and backyard. We inly had issues with using the access code on the front door and had to get tmit reset and was not working consistently to unlock. The house was in a safe neighborhood and we never felt unsafe staying here with kids. Good location as its a short drive to old town. Has plenty if options for food and groceries within 5 minutes of the house. Would recommed this property for rental to others. The house is welcoming and spacious and is well stocked with all you would need.

Communication with management was frustrating. Had a few problems and never got satisfactory help in getting things fixed.

Cute little place other than the house smelling of weed. Chicken bones on the cushion outside and lobster outside the garbages. Key pad didn’t work half way through the week and had to leave back door unlocked.

We had a few issues with trash and the fridge not working but the host was super quick to respond and very helpful!

Beds were clean, house was awesome, host is very approachable throughout the stay

Trash cans where pretty much full when we got there. Chairs where broken outside and games and yard things where spread around the yard. The trash can place was filled full of beer cans when we got there. No cleaning items for us to use so we purchased our own trash bags and everything. Garbage disposal does not work I’m guessing it’s rusted stuck. Other than that it was nice! And we appreciate you letting us in early for our check in that’s all we care about.

The house was beautiful and well appointed. The pool was a wonderful spot during the hot days. We were close to all the places we wanted to visit. The rooms were very clean with VERY comfortable mattresses!

Nice location and large house. I know it's August but the house was incapable of getting below 78. I removed the air filter that was so packed with dust it had bent from the air handler trying to breathe. That helped quite a bit but still hot. The pool was nice but it's filtration system runs constantly and id as loud as a generator. Home could use updates such as new carpet and nicer bedding to truly be a Scottsdale worthy home. I'd stay here again, just not in summertime

Good house, few things didn’t work as expected, but the property manager was able to help quickly. Could have been cleaner, but wasn’t too bad. Also could use more mirrors for getting ready and hopefully they fixed the fridge because it didn’t work very well

Attended a fraternity conference. The home was a great place for us to stay. The bedrooms were great as well as the kitchen and living room. The backyard was a nice area as well. It is close to a park which we used to get some exercise in I would use again.

The property overall is very nice, great location, beautiful pool and back yard. Nice rooms with plenty of space.

We really enjoyed everything that this home had to offer. The pool was amazing, the host was responsive. On the arrival day it looked like the previous guests did not bring the trash to the curb on the correct day and when we reached the owner, they immediately took care of it. The home was absolutely perfect for our weekend and very clean. The area was awesome and nearly everything we needed was available to us.

The property was nicely renovated. It was very clean when we arrived. The areas inside and out were well suited for entertaining.

A great house for 2 families, the pool was used non stop. Really close to Old Town and convenient to get places with close access to the highway.

The property was as advertised. We had a great time. The house was large enough for six adults, clean and well stocked.

We had a group of 12 family members stay at this property. There was plenty of room for everyone and the backyard was a great area to hang out and relax. Each room also has its own individual AC unit on top of the central AC so you can keep your room as cool as you’d like. The pool is not heated so it might be cold if you are going in the cooler months like us. The putting green is also meh and not in great condition but we didn’t really care about that. Overall, it was a great trip and it is a great house to occupy for larger groups.

7 old dudes stayed here on a golf trip. It was perfectly situated in proximity to the courses, old town Scottsdale and airport. It was all we needed for a great time visiting the area.

When arriving at the house, I was impressed with the cleanliness. My family enjoyed the stay and we all had a great time. The only drawback was the pool was FREEZING, other than that great time.

I booked this property for a funeral scheduled 4 weeks out, but within 12 hours, I realized the dates were off by 2 days while filling out their creepy insurance form asking for names and ages of people staying in each bed. I reached out immediately via email and phone, hoping the host would work with me to adjust the dates or cancel the reservation, as the property was advertised as no refund.Sadly, the host ignored my attempts to communicate for 5 days. When they finally responded, it was a vague message with no helpful information. Despite my follow-up, I received no further clarification. Ultimately, my family had to find another place, as the funeral couldn’t be rescheduled. The host charged me full price, plus hidden fees not listed in the advertisement.After the reservation passed, I reached out to inform the host I would be leaving a bad review, and they apologized, saying they would have refunded me but it was too late.I’ve used VRBO for over 15 years with positive experiences, but this was incredibly disappointing. I feel it’s important to share this experience for anyone considering this property or host.

What an amazing place. There is plenty of room and so many things for everyone in the family to do. I will definitely visit again.

We had an amazing stay here and would return during the summer where i would be able to maximize the amenities (pool and room on the side was such a tease lol). It was rather chilly during our stay so having the firepit area was right on time! The game room was also a bonus

The family stayed to attend a wedding, and overall, it was a great experience. However, there were a few hiccups. For instance, there were no bathroom cleaning supplies available, and all the trash cans were full, despite our arrival being right after the scheduled trash pickup day. Additionally, although the garage was listed as an amenity, it had been converted into a game room and was no longer available for parking. On a positive note, it was clean property; the neighborhood was quiet, and located nearly two miles from Old Town Scottsdale.

Place was spacious with plenty of amenities. The pool was fun and the backyard was beautiful! Air conditioning worked perfectly as the temps were at 115 all weekend. The owner responded in an appropriate amount of time and had easy departure rules to make clean up easy on all of us. Would recommend this VRBO for visitors!
