Stayed Aug 3, 2024This is a beautiful house, in a great location. The house was immaculate and the rooms were very well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware, and kitchen appliances and utensils. There is access to a private beach which is within walking distance but there is no parking. We found it easier to purchase a beach pass to the state parks since we had three very small children with us. For us, that worked well. The management company is very easy to work with and responds to any inquiries very quickly. The house is air conditioned except for the finished basement which has bunk beds and a day bed and can sleep several. There is a dehumidifier there but the room is warm. Perhaps the addition of a unit would be helpful. We left the upstairs doors open hoping that the cooler air would filter down but it never really reached a truly comfortable temperature. All in all it was a good stay and we would have rated it 5 stars were it not for the issue of the basement room.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great house...clean modern and appointed with what is needed. Sheets, towels beach chairs etc. Lovely location. Would recommend and would return.
