Beautiful house in great location. Owner was extremely responsive and courteous. House was clean and well sticker for indoors and outdoors
The place was great. Had all the amenities required in a great family vacation spot.
My family had a great week at Chuck’s house. It was clean and well stocked with lots of dishes, extra towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap in every bathroom. The house came with several beach passes, chairs, umbrellas and bikes. The beach was a short distance away. The house is in a beautiful, relaxing setting on a canal with quiet neighbors. We had fun using the paddle boards to explore. Chuck was responsive to texts/calls and gave detailed instructions on everything we might need for the week. I would definitely recommend renting this house!
My family and I had a great stay here this past week. The property was clean and perfect for a big family and had countless amenities from paddle boarding on the bay, the pool, lounging, and the grill - or taking it indoors to plenty of board games, an open kitchen and living room, and TV entertainment access, we almost never had to leave, however, when we did it was in a great location to get onto 35 and a quick walk to the beach. Chuck was super attentive & always responsive. Everything was well thought out for a perfect getaway. Highly recommend!
Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful and clean house on the Jersey Shore! Being on a lagoon was a bonus, my kids love crabbing! They also loved paddle boarding and swimming in the pool. Overall this home was a total win for our family.
The house has an excellent set-up (especially for large families), is well-equipped, and is super clean - just very well done all around. The owner is very friendly, accessible, and helpful. The only downside is beach access. While the house is near the beach, the closest beaches are private and we did not have access to these private beaches so we had to take a 10 minute walk (or short drive) to the public Brick beaches. These public beaches rope off a small part of the beach that you must stay within and we found them to be very crowded, which is a bit frustrating as you're surrounded by empty private beaches. Also, the public Brick beaches were closed for swimming for three days leading up to a holiday weekend. That said, everything about the house itself is fantastic.
The house, the owner and the view were all amazing!! We had a great stay! The owner was so responsive. House was beautiful and had everything you need! We had a great time!!
Fabulous house and owners are super easy to deal with! Will definitely return!
We rented this house in April as a home base to visit our NJ families. It was the perfect house to host our families as the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to entertain and there were multiple spaces for every family member to comfortably hang out. Our kids enjoyed the 3rd floor and foosball table and we loved gathering at the huge island. I enjoyed my coffee on the patio overlooking the lagoon watching the swan and ducks swim by as well as the 2 fireplaces! It's a short walk to the beach and our only regret was that our time spent there was not in the summer! The owner, Chuck, was very helpful, communicative, and very accessible. We have stayed at many VRBO's over the years and this house was one of the best!
My family and I had such a great time on our vacation thanks to Chuck and his wife. Our experience started even before we arrived as Chuck took the time to communicate regularly before our trip, and was readily available if I had questions during our stay. He was much more than a typical VRBO host. He treated me more like a longtime friend who allowed us to stay at his home. He really just wanted us to enjoy our time! The home itself is beautiful and you feel instantly welcomed when you enter the front door. We all slept better than we do at home (something about being by the beach). There was more than enough space for our family of 6 to spread out, but the main floor was so inviting that some could be cooking, others hanging out in the living room, and others on the deck with the crab traps, and still be gathered together. They definitely invested in the property in the materials they chose for the build (stone and wood paneled spa-like master bath, stone beds outside, quartz countertops, etc.) as well as the appliances that they put into the home as everything looked brand new (Wolf oven/range, Samsung w/d). I’m still considering buying that Breville toaster oven.... Rent this property if you want a very comfortable stay in a beautiful home, with the absolute best owners. Thanks, Chuck, for a really lovely vacation.
