Oceanfront, Family Friendly, Private Beach Getaway

Very nice oceanfront property with direct access to a quiet, relatively private beach. We stayed a week at the end of the season. Cary is a good, accessible host. Lots of outdoor space and seating for our group of 7. Primary bedroom is wonderful. The other 3 pretty standard. Nice kitchen and excellent appliances. Suggest adding a TV in at least a 2nd bedroom. 1 roll of TP/bathroom and paper towels is not enough given the nightly price. We were warned in advance but c'mon!

The home exceeded our expectations— The layout was perfect for everyone; we all had ample room and privacy. This home provided a wonderful venue to enjoy family with spectacular views of the ocean and sunrise!

Beautiful view of ocean from second story deck with gas fire pit off of master bedroom. Kitchen had everything you would need for preparing meals. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Great towels, linens and toiletries provided.

We had a most wonderful time with friends and family at SummerWind. The house exceeded our every expectation. Excellent communication and accommodations with the host. Location is quiet and beach was wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised by the diversity of wildlife: dolphins, rays, pelicans, and fish. Fun location, with amazing amazing sunrises and beautiful stargazing at night. We will definitely return and highly recommend.

Cary’s house was impeccable and we had a fantastic week. The location of the house right on the beach can’t be beat! Cary and her staff went above and beyond during our stay to address every question and concern we had. I can’t speak highly enough of the attention we received. I wouldn’t hesitate re-booking this home. You won’t be disappointed with your stay here!

This will be your vacation to remember!! You will truly feel like you stepped foot into a life of pure perfection at this beautifully appointed and luxurious beachfront home! The house is so comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation both inside and out! We had a house full, 4 married couples and two little ones. ......This home is just steps to the beach on an easy access private path :) Family friendly with an amazing open concept --plenty of room to spread out-- and a gorgeous deck with stunning evening lighting. Just great for dining, sunning and relaxing with family and friends. The bedrooms and baths are HGTV decor...you will love this place! Our host Cary was wonderful , and so responsive to every need. It was a pleasure from start to finish! Needless to say, it was an amazing home to share with our family! ENJOY!

This was a fantastic VRBO. We have stayed around the world and this was the best, most courteous service we have received. Every bit of the home showed they cared. New toothbrushes and new toothpaste (in case you forgot yours), great toilet paper, big TV, lightning fast internet (358.8 Mbps download, 14.1MBps upload), along with plenty of shampoo, conditioner and soap. In addition to the fantastic service, the home was as great as the photos. For our family of Mom, Dad and 3 kids, there was plenty of space. Master bedroom + 3 bedrooms, each of which had its own bathroom. There were bunk beds in one bedroom and a futon in a spare room, so it is possible for this home to hold a few more people, if needed. The upper deck has a beautiful view of the ocean. The outdoor shower has a fantastic aroma of cedar and plenty of water pressure. Great home. Great service. This is everything you hope for in a VRBO. I loved this place.

My husband and I, along with our three children (ages 9, 11 and 12) recently spent a week at the Summer Wind House. The location is fantastic. The beach is your backyard, just off the first floor deck, and the views from the second floor deck are incredible. Inside, the amenities and decor had us all feeling right at home - this is definitely not your average shore rental! Cary responds quickly and is very professional, yet still manages to make you feel like you're staying at a friend's. It is a pleasure to work with her. We look forward to returning. Thank you Cary!
