Vacation home with pool+sea view+garden, close to the beach+quiet, WIFI+A/C+sauna

Nice place, good location.We had a really nice stay at the house.The owners were very friendly and helpful.They live on the lowest floor.The second floor where the pool is located is shared with the owners and above that on the third floor is the holiday apartment with a lot of privacy.Two large terraces with seats and loungers, sun and shade.Lovely tranquil sea view from both terasses,Bed was very comfortable and a mosquito net was nice to have.The kitchen is small but has everything you need, loads of glasses and plates, different pots and pans and sharp knives.You can definitely prepare a good meal there but there is also an electrical Weber BBQ that you can use on your terrace.The two bathrooms are nice and there is enough closet space and cotheshangers. In the morning the neighbourhood dogs bark but that is normal in spain.We really enjoyed the little sandy beach below the house.It is only a 4 minutes car drive (because of the steep decline it is better to use the car)The beach is sandy with calm and clear water, Beautiful rocks at the side of the beach and a few restaurants to choose from.You can hire sun loungers but also just put a towel on the sand.There is also a little harbour with a bar if you don't want to have a big (fancy) lunch.All in all a lovely little beach where you don't have a massive touristic feel like at the bigger beaches close by.Supermarket is 7 minutes drive away Barcelona 80 minutes and Girona 30 minutes,A visit to Begur is highly recommend

We had a wonderful time in this apartment! Everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing. The apartment is spacious, with two large living areas and no less than two rooftop terraces. It’s located on the top floor; the friendly owners live below, next to the pool.Tossa de Mar is just an 8-minute drive away, and there’s a small, cozy beach with a nice restaurant about 2 km down the road – perfect for a relaxing day by the sea.

Overall very good stay and nice hosts , however some minor negative points , especially considering the price we have paid : kitchen way too small and no dish washer , internet connection not good , and presence of dog s owner was annoying with early morning barks etc … not good to habce good rest

We have spent lovely holidays in this cosy Casa with its swimming pool so pleasant. The owners are very kind and friendly. Tossa is a very beautiful litte town - Très pittoresque ! Fabienne & Cédric

We loved our stay here. This is the perfect place to stay if you visit Tossa de mar. Gunther and Kathrin are amazing hosts and very personable. It felt like we were visiting family. We would definitely stay here again. The views are stunning from the room and everything was exceptionally clean.

The appartment and especially the spectacular seaview were beautifull. The appartment was perfect for us as a family of 4. The kids really enjoyed the nice pool. We would love to stay here stay here again!

As a family of four, with two young girls, we had a great stay at Casa Friesia. The view towards the sea was fantastic, and the location was good with a couple of beachdx not too far away (though we drove and parked closed by). We felt immediately relaxed as soon was we arrived, it was quite peaceful there away from the crowds. Kathrin and Günter were friendly and accomodating, and I would recommend this property to other families wanting to stay in the Tossa de Mar area.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Casa Friesia. The apartment is conveniently located between Tossa de Mar and Lloret de Mar. Personally, we found Tossa much more enjoyable as a family. The apartment is well appointed and spacious. The photos truly represent the property. It worked perfectly for our family of 4 (2 teens). The beach is close by, but does require a drive. Walking it would be tough as it is straight downhill, or perhaps more importantly, uphill on the way back home. It was nice that the apartment came with beach equipment so we didn't have to buy much. Gunter and Kathrin could not have been more welcoming and friendly. They live in the apartment below the rental, which is great if you need anything (we had a power surge during a storm and Gunter came right up and helped us reset the main power source which would have taken us quite awhile to figure out on our own). Plus, they had excellent recommendations for restaurants and markets. We all enjoyed Tina and Anton, their dogs. All in all, Kathrin, Gunter, and their dogs make you feel right at home. Leaving them felt like you were leaving good friends. The only downside was that there were lots of mosquitos when the wind died down. Not a complaint, just so you know that you may want to pack or buy bug spray. Additionally, the wifi was excellent, but limited in a few areas of the apartment. This did not hamper us at all, as we would have preferred not to have it all all, but it's a necessary thing these days. Again, these comments are meant as informational, not complaints. We would definitely recommend Casa Friesia to family members and friends.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful villa. It was very clean and well furnished. We loved relaxing on the two balconies taking in the view, swimming in the pool and making the most of the sun terraces. We loved the beach at the bottom of the hill and going into Tossa de mar on an evening to eat at the various restaurants. Gunter and Katherine were very welcoming and the perfect hosts. Highly recommended. We hope to return soon. .
