Vacation Home With Breathtaking Views, Ample Parking and Pool Table

We loved our stay at this Canon City Vacation Home! We chose it because it was very close to the family that we were visiting - its location was perfect! It's in a great neighborhood just a very short drive from the downtown area, grocery stores and shops. The house itself was spacious, very comfortable and clean. My husband and teen children enjoyed playing games of pool. The kitchen and rest of the house was well supplied with anything we needed - kitchen utensils, hair dryers, shampoo, soap, laundry needs, etc. There was a nice grill and outdoor dining area that we, unfortunately, didn't have time to use. Arrival and departure processes were easy and all went smoothly. The manager/host, Mona, is very kind and helpful with quick responses to our questions. Canon City is a great little town and we enjoyed our hike on the Tunnel Trail and our day trips from there to Colorado Springs and the Great Sand Dunes National Park. Overall - we had a wonderful experience and hope that when we visit our Colorado family again, that this house is available. We will definitely be back!

Everything was avaliable and easy to find. Really loved the location of the house in an area you could see some beautiful views. The neighborhood was very quiet with lots of friendly people walking thier dogs. Loved seeing all the wildlife. Great place for a small or larger group. The host was very attentive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Our overall impression was good. The deer in the yard was a welcome sight along with the quail. The location is away from the busyness of town but the commute to the restaurants and grocery stores is just 5-10 minutes away. Communication with Mona was excellent.There were a few items that would make for a better stay: working ice maker and water dispenser (ice trays are provided but we bought bags of ice), kleenex in the bathrooms, tv's in the bedrooms.

We were not used of the sparse vegetation & felt that more attention could have gone into the outside appearance. Otherwise, the property met all of our needs & we enjoyed our stay.

This home was clean, roomy, and in such a convenient location! Even though Monica was on vacation she was very easy to get in touch with. She kindly allowed us to extend our checkout time which gave us more time to spend with our family before heading to the airport.

This house was very spacious, more so than the pictures imply. Very nice neighborhood. Deer (adults and children) were a great plus...so fun to watch every morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Most well appointed kitchen I have ever rented. Perfect place for our family to gather and be together. More spacious than it looks from the outside. Beautiful view of theountains!

It is a nice house just outside town with a good view of the mountains.

Our trip was espectacular. We had the best time ever. The house was amazing, we had a beautiful view and we were blessed to see wild animals. The house is situated minutes away from the main attractions and downtown. FYI the sun starts sunrising early and the businesses downtown close early by 6pm.
