This cozy and air-conditioned holiday home invites you to linger on the Alfsee. Even at warm temperatures, you can sleep well at night thanks to a new and high quality air conditioning. In two minutes you are already at the water ski resort and all other attractions around the Alfsee are easily accessible from this house.

The house is located in the cottage settlement 1 and is one of the closest houses to the lake. Lovingly andcomfortably furnished, it certainly ensures a pleasant stay.

Each of the bedrooms has a Smart TV of the latest generation and in conjunction with the satellite reception you can also relax and enjoy a program. Of course, they have access to the Internet via Wi-Fi.

On the ground floor there is a bath / WC and in addition there is a guest toilet in the upper area.

In addition to the smart home infrared heaters in the house enough wood for the fireplace is available.
