House with private garden at the foot of the Dolomites, just a few minutes from Belluno: the perfect choice for a holiday surrounded by nature, relaxation, and sports in Veneto. Located in Ponte nelle Alpi, this independent holiday home, recently renovated, combines the charm of alpine wood with modern comforts.

The fenced garden is ideal for families with children, perfect for barbecues, outdoor dinners, and relaxing moments. Just a short walk away there is a playground, while the owner’s pizzeria offers a convenient way to enjoy local specialties. Outside, the wooden cottage has now been converted into a storage area for bicycles and sports equipment.

Strategic location: close to supermarkets, restaurants, the railway station (300 m), and the motorway. Venice can be reached in about 1 hour, while Cortina d’Ampezzo is only 60 km away.

Perfect for hiking, trekking, and cycling enthusiasts: cycle path to Lake Santa Croce (windsurfing, kitesurfing) with connection to the Munich–Venice cycle route. Also ideal for winter holidays: skiing and snowboarding in Nevegal, Cansiglio, Cortina, Marmolada, and Civetta.

Near the house starts the cycle path leading to Lake Santa Croce (12 km), where water sports such as windsurfing and kitesurfing can be practiced, and which then connects to the Munich–Venice cycling route.

Hikers are spoiled for choice among trails in the Dolomites, Cansiglio (famous for its autumn foliage), Alpago, Nevegal, or scenic routes through the beautiful Prosecco Hills (30 km).

In winter, the Nevegal ski area (15 km) offers easy slopes for families. From here it is also easy to reach Cansiglio for cross-country skiing (15 km), and within 70 km there are ski areas for all tastes and skill levels: Falcade – Passo San Pellegrino, Mount Civetta, Cortina d’Ampezzo, and even the Marmolada glaciers.

Set on a raised level above the garden. From the air-conditioned entrance, you enter the equipped kitchen and the dining room, which is also air-conditioned. The living area is completed by a lounge with a double sofa bed, two double bedrooms (one with a small balcony and air conditioning), and a full bathroom.
