Vacation home in Florida / Tampa Bay Area

We enjoyed staying at the clean, cute, well appointed home. It had everything we needed and more. The pool and outdoor space was wonderful. The only thing we would change would be having the house welcome statement in English so that we could have understood what the owners we saying. Thankfully the check out instructions were also on Expedia in English. We would definitely recommend staying in the home.

We really enjoyed having a lovely pool area and covered patio to spend our time. We grilled and enjoyed meals outside, played games at the large table, and watched movies on the tv mounted on the outside wall. Home was clean upon arrival but did have a faint smoke smell inside, mostly on linens and towels; scented plug ins disguised the smell when we arrived. Neighboring homes are close but the pool area felt mostly secluded. Dog next door barks every time it is outside, which can get annoying but neighbors are friendly and helpful. Homes in the neighborhood are older and many look unkept and rundown from the road, but the rental home is freshly painted with updates throughout the inside. Newly added bedroom was great for out older kids to have their own space. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful. We stayed for over a week and would have appreciated more pots and pans to cook meals and the high efficiency washing machine really didn’t clean clothes well—nothing too inconvenient but

This home was well stocked with whatever you might need. Towels, bedding, spices, and cooking essentials. We throughly enjoyed the heated pool as well as the outside area that included a table and chairs for our visitors. The grill was much appreciated! Grocery stores are close. Would definitely stay here again!

House was clean overall, host was responsive each time. Neighbors had a dog that barked a lot all day right till 1030-11pm at night. They also had a rooster that made lots of noise mid day.

We arrived late at night and were very pleased there were drinks and snacks to hold us over till morning. The house is very nice and patio very enjoyable. The pool was cold so no swimming in February. We would stay here again.

Definitely enjoyed the stay there. It did have everything that they stated that they would have the pool is solar heated it’s not electric heated therefore it is not warm throughout our stay and the instructions for leaving were in German and there was nothing there for translation, the TVs were also in German as well, and it was very hard to navigate through any of that, that was the only frustrating part about the stay. if you are not familiar with how to use Translate on your phone, it makes things difficult but other than that everything was perfect.
