The high-end “Villa Xapala” is a dream home for families, friends, and respectful groups. The villa is located ina family-friendly residential neighborhood with many children. Therefore, we expressly do not allow bachelor/bachelorette parties, team outings, drinking binges, or similar activities!

Our Villa Xapala is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with local residents. Therefore, any kind of party or loud music is strictly prohibited here! Quiet hours and nighttime hours must be strictly observed. The neighbors will not hesitate to call the police immediately. For every police call, we must deduct €1,250 from the security deposit, and in the event of a repeated violation, we are forced to immediately evict the tenants from the property without any refund.
(In this regard, we must take strict action without exception; otherwise, our rental license will be revoked.)
