Stayed Sep 21, 2021The property was very clean and well equipped (we only would have wished for a towel rack or similar to hang wet towels). It is in a great location for outdoor activities as hiking and serious bike riding. For someone living in a big city, it was very quiet and relaxing. It has WIFI but we were not able to make/receive phone calls with our Verizon Service (which we did not mind). BASIC groceries and beer are available locally. Anything else you will need to obtain further away. Overall, we had a great stay at the property and would return to it in the future.

Stayed Sep 16, 2025Location was great but we had a bit of difficulty finding it. There is NO cell service in the area so be sure you know where you are going before heading to the property.

Stayed Sep 3, 2025We (two adults with adult child) had a wonderful stay at this property. It's a comfortable home that we looked forward to returning to each evening. Made use of the gas grill most days. The hostess was very kind and considerate and made us feel very welcome.

Stayed Sep 1, 2024Quiet, very safe area, convenient to Bryce Canyon & Zion NP. Appreciated the info offered by the host regarding restaurants and grocery stores. The house was adequately equipped for cooking. The host was very quick to respond to any questions prior to coming. It was nice that the bedrooms were on opposite sides of the house so we didn't disturb each other and rooms were spacious. I loved having a washer/dryer in the house.

Stayed May 20, 2024Simple clean quiet home base for surrounding area. Under an hour to Bryce and Zion. 10 minutes from Orderville and ROAM adventure tours like Canyoneering, Via Ferrata, etc.. 30 minutes to Kanab and plenty of places to eat and things to do. Has all the basic necessities and extra touches like welcome snacks and host provided a few extra local products. Easy to communicate with host.

Stayed Sep 21, 2023The location of this property was perfect - easy access to both Zion and Bryce National Parks. We stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed the peace and quiet at this cottage. Our evenings spent on the back porch were really fun watching the local turkeys strut their stuff in the orchard. Owner encouraged us to take advantage of the abundant fruit trees - apples, pears, & plums!
