We had a great time enjoying Nashville and this place was as great as advertised! Everything we needed was there and more. The owner Richard was quick to respond to our questions. The home was spotless and location was minutes from Broadway and restaurants. We’d definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Great location, and the property was set up perfectly with 2 private bathrooms upstairs for each bedroom. Easy access to local restaurants and downtown.

The property itself was absolutely beautiful. Perfect size for four people. The interior was is beautifully decorated and very comfortable and thankfully we had a beautiful weekend where we could enjoy the backyard as well. There was one minor notification to the owner (nothing that impacted our stay) and Rick was extremely responsive. We went for the Nashville rock n roll half marathon and the location was perfect. If we ever run that race again, we would gladly come back to Rick’s place.

Road noise from freeway at night. Otherwise great place to stay. Hot tub was great. Easy uber to downtown.

Well kept home with everything I needed for a quick business trip to Nashville. House is located in a great area, walkable to a few stores and diners. Quiet neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay here for the few days we were in Nashville. The house was the perfect size for us (two adults, one child) and has everything you need. My daughter really enjoyed the outdoor space in the backyard. A few small touches that I greatly appreciated were the labels on the light switches and that each room came with a plug/USB power strip for easy phone charging. We also liked the neighborhood (great for walks in the evening) and that a grocery store was close by. We'd absolutely stay here again the next time we're in Nashville.

Wonderful house! Great location, 5 minute drive to Broadway. House was the perfect size for 4 adults. Had a very homey feel. Would highly recommend! Owner was very responsive before and during stay. 10 of 10 all the way around!

We had a great stay at this Nashville home! The location was a huge plus—close to downtown and within walking distance to the farmers market, which made getting around really easy. The house itself was cozy, clean, and welcoming, and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a full day of exploring the city. The host was incredibly kind and communicative, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting Nashville!

This place was perfect. Clean, comfortable, great location. We would hands down reccomend, and we will be returning. Host was available and quick to respond. We used an uber to go to lower broadway for about 8. So much cheaper than parking fee or taxi. Cannot say enough about the house. Only thing I wish it had was a full length mirror for the girls, and maybe a throw in the living room. But all in all it was a 10 out of 10 for us.

We had a great stay at this cozy home for our first trip to Nashville. We loved the quick and inexpensive access to Broadway via Uber as it was a little chilly to walk while we’re there, even though we are from Boston. I wish we could have utilized the hot tub and back patio area, again too chilly for us but such a great addition. Rick was very accommodating and very communicative. The house had everything we needed for our stay and the beds and furniture were all very comfortable. Highly recommend this home!

The location and layout were perfect for us to celebrate Thanksgiving. The host was extraordinarily responsive and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space with a fire.

This is an excellent property and a very attentive host. His attention to detail was shown throughout the home. There were snacks, drinks, and plenty of coffee for the Keurig. The outside area is a real gem and the location perfect for whatever you want to do. You will be doing yourself a favor if you choose to stay here!

This house was fabulous! We stayed three nights and took in a couple of the restaurant recommendations, very good. (See his info book) The house was clean, the beds were very comfortable! We were two couples and had plenty of privacy. So close to downtown yet so quiet! Highly recommend. The host was totally accommodating as well! Thank you for sharing this fabulous house, home.

Rick the Host was amazing. We were there a little early and he was kind enough to let us in. The house was so cute and very clean and organized. The backyard was set up so you could go out and enjoy a beer or a glass of wine. We also loved the hot tube. We went in it every night.

Host was very responsive and accommodating -This place is in a great location and central to all the attractions the city has to offer..The house had a clean and cozy feel, plenty of seating areas and a great outdoor deck - we enjoyed the hot tub as well . Bedrooms and mattresses were very comfortable! Would definitely book again in the future .

We were very comfortable here and the house was conveniently located in a safe neighborhood. My friend and I especially enjoyed working on the jigsaw puzzles in the broad selection. Our husbands appreciated the Keurig and all the pods that were provided. Host Richard was very responsive to my questions and requests for assistance.

This was probably the best vrbo I have ever stayed at. Super clean, super cute, and great location!

Not bad. I would rate about a 3.5. My wife went on a run and someone with a different ethnic background yelled at my wife “to go back where you came from”. So I was concerned about the neighborhood. Hot tub was nice. However there is a guy living in the garage behind the house. He was no issue though. On a positive note the house was clean and the bed was very nice.

I loved the pictures of the property but it’s even nicer in person! We used bikes, scooters and walked to downtown Nashville - the home was very accessible to the places we wanted to visit. We are definitely rural people and don’t typically like the city vibe but the layout of the backyard gives you a sense of seclusion so we loved that and that the street didn’t have a great deal of traffic and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. Overall I would say this was a great place to stay, the owner really thought of everything to make you feel at home. Even had a box fan for those that need one to sleep. The bed was super comfy and I loved that they had a Keurig fully stocked with regular coffee pods! Love this place and would highly recommend!

My wife and I have stayed at many vacation rentals. This is definitely one of the best. Very well-maintained and well-appointed home — comfortable, lovely, clean, well-supplied (including boxes of tissues and also premium toilet paper, not the cheap stuff). High-quality linens, comfortable beds. Everything’s in good shape and works well. Rick is a terrific owner — very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!!

Checkin was easy. Had all the amenities you would want. Only downside is the highway noise. 10 dollar Uber to Downtown and Broadway.

This was the perfect house for 2 couples. It was just the right size with a cute backyard (and a clean hot tub). The inside was super clean with lots of supplies and everyday necessities. Each bedroom had its own full bath and TV. Beds were comfy and we loved the sheets. We didn't need both parking spots in the front, but it's a plus if you have 2 cars. The location is great and was a 10 min drive to Broadway and other attractions. The owner was super responsive and communication was always positive. We needed something fixed and he was respectful of our privacy and time and came the next day to do the repair. He was very friendly!!! We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Nashville.

The house was very nice and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well appointed and the coffee set up was a treat. Both beds were comfortable and it was nice to have the two bathrooms upstairs. The back patio area was a nice addition to the property. We would stay there again.

We arrived about an hour early and when I messaged the host, he was nice wnough to let us in early. Everything was beautifully decorated and clean. Overall, the house was very comfortable. The only suggestion I have is if you like to sit on the couch with a throw, bring one with you. Other than that, it is completely furnished to cook and eat in. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner are supplied in the bathrooms and there are plenty of towels. We stayed 3 nights and didn't run out.

The house is in up and and coming location near downtown. Very clean and well appointed. Host was accommodating.

This house is super cute and very clean. Liquid soap in all bathrooms. Charging stations everywhere. Coffee bar with everything you need. Backyard is super cute and cozy. Easy Uber ride to Broadway. Neighborhood felt safe. Host was very easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here.

Cute and comfortable home with private back yard. This was perfect for our stay. Close to the places we wanted to go. Having 2 bedroom and bath combos was great! Also an extra half bath downstairs. We appreciated all the extras like coffee pods, laundry supplies and toiletries. Those are hard things to pack in a suitcase. We had a great time.

My husband and I loved this house! Very spacious, had everything you’d need, the bed was super comfortable, and it was close to downtown Nashville. We walked and Ubered. The walk is about 2 miles one way, and all sidewalks. We felt safe walking even at night. The hot tub was really nice to have after walking around all day. The host is very easy to communicate with and is quick to reply to any questions. I highly recommend this place!!

We, party of two couples, thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This is a fabulous house! Great location and easy parking. Close to everything! Couldnt be happier!!!

The place was exactly as described. Beds were comfy, linens were high quality, space was perfect for a party do 3. Fortunately for us, we didn’t. Red to sue the kitchen for anything but reheats but it appeared adequately stocked for any cooking we would want to do. The patio was adorable but it was stormy or freezing each day so all we used was the hot tub.

We really enjoyed our stay in Nashville. The house was perfect! It was close enough to Broadway so we could walk. The backyard was so cute and private and the hot tub very much appreciated. Our beds were so comfy. The bathrooms well stocked. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for cooking, I was especially happy to find good knives! This is the third time we have stayed at one of Richards properties and as usual, it did not disappoint. Came for a concert at the Ryman, which was awesome, and the home was such a comfortable place to come back to on a chilly, rainy night. Always well appointed with everything you need. Clean, stylish and comfortable. Both homes are so well located anything is a inexpensive cab or Uber ride to downtown. Will definitely book again.

This sweet house was perfectly set up for together and alone time during our mom/son Christmas trip. It was also nice to be close to everything, yet out of the chaos of the busy city. It was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely stay again!

The home is very warm and cozy feeling The decor is not over done . Great colors on the wall that are very zen . Made great use of space . The 2 bedrooms are upstairs , if you have trouble with stairs this is not the place for you . The back yard patio is very nice , love the decor . I had to contact the owner Rick to ask a question and he was quick to respond .

This house was a pleasant surprise -n very clean and well organized for guests. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub and the lovely private garden. We would consider staying here again the next time we are in town.

Rick’s place is great. 2 couples stayed 4 nights very comfortably with 2 bedrooms each with its own ensuite. The outside area is stellar ! Hot tub and lots of outdoor seating options. We loved hanging out in the warm fall weather. Walking distance to grocery store, local restaurants and farmers market. Quick Uber ride from Broadway meant we could come and go easily. Highly recommend.

First time in Nashville, so we wanted to stay somewhere that was conveniently located to the downtown area. This house was perfect for that! Place was comfortable and clean, and was a great size for the 4 of us. We had a great week!

Property was as described and made for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Close enough to many Nashville attractions and of course Broadway Street. Also enjoyed a short day trip to historic Franklin TN shops and area. Property owner was very responsive and made check in and checkout process easy.

Had a great time catching up with friends and staying in this lovely house. There was a slight hiccup at check in but our host was very responsive and got us squared away immediately. Really clean house, comfortable beds with plenty of space to spread out and labeled light switches to boot. The house is in a nice area of town too. Would definitely stay again.
