Vacation Condo with a Cottage Feel

Great place to stay!

Check-in was a breeze and all the important info was provided in advance.

We liked the location with a Great Lake view. Everything was in working order. TVs, Wi-Fi, ac, etc. beautiful pool and other activity areas.There are 12 steps to bedrooms. Good lighting except in kitchen and tub could use a hand bar.I highly recommend this unit.

We had a great stay, with the exception of some disruptive roof maintenence. To be fair, the Host indicated that the complex did not specify when exactly work was to be conducted. It turned out, it was day 2 and 3 of our 4-night stay. Booms throughout the unit. Boom! boom! boom!The work was loud, starting at 8:00am. It even knocked items off a shelf.We did not choose to stay at a place with disruptive maintenence, but it happened.The Host eventually offered an extra night, but we could not change our travel plans. The Host did not offer any other compensation for the maintenance.The unit was decent otherwise, with accommodations as advertised. The Host was responsive to us, but we did not come away satisfied.

There were a lot of spiders inside the house, my son found one in his shirt in the morning, they were hanging out in the corners and found 2 behind the bed . The door between the living room and porch was off its tracks and the couch was old and uncomfortable. The house itself has a very weird smell to it.

This was a great stay for my family of 4, and we really enjoyed ourselves! The area is very family friendly and the condo itself was clean and cozy.

My kids were suppose to come with me but couldn’t make it at the last minute. There would have been plenty of room. The place had a perfect ocean theme with enough modern stuff to keep the kids happy too. Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend!

Even though there was a heat wave during our week, my friend and I enjoyed our stay at Meg’s place. Meg was excellent to communicate with. We had a minor issue and she resolved it immediately. We enjoyed the big flat screen TV mounted on the wall. The only things I would suggest would be more lighting in bedroom #1. I was too short to pull the fan light on and off. And the ceiling light in the bathroom didn’t work.

We love mallard lakes. This property is one of the nicest there! Beautiful lake behind the porch with a fountain. Peaceful. Can walk to pool and all other amenities. Everyone is nice and quiet. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Good location, close to Fenwick activities and restaurants. Condo was cute and everything worked fine, except the back sliding doors were in need of attention and the porch too. Without screens and working sliding doors the porch was too hot to enjoy in summertime heat.

Great stay great place

We had a great experience staying here, the property was as advertised!

Came to Delaware for my granddaughter’s soccer tournament and wanted a quiet place to stay. Picked a perfect place. Had dinner across the street at Grillirez. The food was delicious and the young guys working were too sweet. Went to the beach for sunrise and then found Jimmy’s for breakfast. Amazing place! It is so much fun to find great local places. Thank you so much for having us.

Had a great stay! Quiet space with tons of space. The master bath is giant and the tub is great for a soak after a long day. Didn’t get to enjoy the porch much but loved the little bit we did.

Great location, wonderful amenities. The unit is dated but very clean and the owner was very accommodating. Check in was 4 but she allowed us to check in for 2. Our brother was in OC MD and leaving the day we checked in and she allowed them to stop and stay for a night without charging us extra.

Great vacation, condo was exactly as advertised. We loved our stay, we will be back.

The place and location were perfect for us. The accommodations were really nice. We could not have asked for any better. Wonderful stay.

Beautiful house and in a good location

This is our third stay and we always enjoy our time here. Everything is neat, clean, and just right for our family. Able to make lasting memories while being in a perfect location to relax.

The house was exactly as pictured. Extremely comfortable and quant. Megan was very responsive to my questions. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful week at Mallard Lakes. The Cottage was clean, cozy and quiet. We enjoyed the views, fishing and the pool. Meg made the process very easy and was always fast with commuication. We would definitely like to return.

Property was clean, well-stocked, and affordable. My kids loved the pools and the property is close to Fenwick Island and Ocean City attractions! Highly recommend!
