Enjoy our beautiful home with a sunlit bay window perfect for morning coffee, with cozy home vibes thoughtfully designed for relaxing after a day by the ocean. A place put together with love for your personal comfort, with warm finishes & details create an authentic California Venice beach-house atmosphere from locals. & steps from the sand boardwalk, bike path, dining, and 1500sq feet. Things to note before booking. There is ONLY street parking available but there is a parking garage across the street you can rent a spot monthly. Also keep in mind Venice is a very lively neighborhood and we are located next to Davey Jones Liquor Store and off a main road so it can be noisy at times. We provide a fan and sound machine to help with this. No parties allowed and quiet time is 10pm.
