Utah Retreat w/ Heated Pool, Grill & Fire Pit!

Overall, the home was very nice. Comfortable, clean, and most things in good working order. Just a few issues that would have made the stay go from good to great (but were minor): the shower drain--very clogged and then it felt like you were taking a bath AND a shower at the same time. TV channels weren't working very well on the TV and kept coming up with an error. Our bedroom fan could not be adjusted on the speeds and felt like it might fly off the ceiling. ;) What was good? We loved the open space, that it was clean, lots of bed options, most cookware was available to use, the pool table was great, and we would have loved it if we could have used the pool (listing said the pool was heated but it was FREEZING). Overall, we would stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

This home was spectacular! It was plenty big for our family of five, which includes two teenagers. The home is in great condition and has everything you need. The pool was exquisite! An absolute must after a long day of hiking Zion National Park in July! The automated pool cover kept the pool at a perfect temperature. The high wall around the pool provided privacy. The neighborhood is beautiful and already has us contemplating our own retirement here someday!

This is the perfect home for a south Utah golf trip. We had plenty of room to hang out after we played golf every morning. The pool was a sweet relief after all the swings and sadness of our rounds. Overall great place!

We couldn’t have imagined a better place and location to stay for our weekend of peace before my wedding. It was very clean, spacious, and a quiet neighborhood as well for me and my special girls to unwind for the weekend. The house was in a perfect location to shopping as well as everything else you could imagine.

The house was a wonderful place for my family and friends to hang out and relax before the St. George Ironman 70.3. The house was very clean and in great condition. Definitely will stay here again if I come back!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and ready for use. However, if your looking forward to playing pool, according to the pictures, the pool table is not there. The kids were highly disappointed.

It was nice

Stay was great other than the Inaccurate photos of the home. Living room and outside area are way different from the photos. Door was left unlocked for some reason, that could’ve been very dangerous. This house needs better kitchenware. Neighbors called the property manager for our music being too loud and offensive before quiet hours. It wasn’t that loud. The property manager informed me how the neighborhood hates rental properties and consistently receives complaints.

This is our second time staying at the house, The first time was one of the best vacations ever so we wanted to come back but this time we had some issues ! the house is beautiful and in a awesome location if your going to the lake but , it hasn’t been maintained as well as it should’ve been . when we first got there the pool was not clean at all actually pretty nasty due to algae and oil covering the whole pool and that is the main reason why we got the house in the first place . we couldn’t get in the first day and a half Until they sent a pool company, which Was good, but I wish it would’ve been clean when we got there so we could’ve jumped in since it was 115 that would’ve been a nice way to cool off. There was some issues with whatever cleaning company they use since we found old fruit on the floor of our bed room , crumbs all over the bed and old water bottles in the bed So that means they did not change the sheets, , which is pretty gross ! Not to mention the popcorn on the couches which we didn’t even bring popcorn . We had to go to the store immediately and buy paper towel, garbage bags , and some coffee cups and stuff like that because there wasn’t enough for our family . I do have to say that this is not all bad like I said before location is amazing. The house is beautiful once we got the pool cleaned It was amazing.

Great place to stay with family. Check-in was easy and everything was ready to go. Kids loved the pool. Very spacious house. Would stay here again.
