URBAN RETREAT - 4 BEDROOM HOUSE, FAMILY FRIENDLY with ARCADE, GAMES..

Great location! We love this home and have stayed there twice now. It is a lovely home with easy access to the freeway, mall and restaurants.

The home was very comfortable for our family of 4. We had family with young children come over one of the nights and they had a blast in the lower level with the games and toys. The house was clean and well appointed. We would definitely stay here again.

The host was very welcoming and quick to reply to my questions. Has a grsat dael of things available for us to use, down to the salt and pepper! They alao had the pack n play and high chair set up for our use when we got there! Plenty of blankets and towels!

This property is in an excellent location. The house has plenty of room with an upstairs and a downstairs to accommodate a large family. The property owners are great to answer all your questions and bring you what you need. We will definitely be back if we are in the area again.

Kitchen was very well set up, did not use laundry but did notice it to be very clean (as was the rest of the house)

We have stayed here last year and it was just as good this time around. We noticed the outside was painted, and it looks good. All the bed & baths are so clean and very stylish, and the mattresses are totally comfortable! The open kitchen/living room is perfect for hanging out together,

I highly recommend this property. It was a great size for our family and just the little touches like offering toiletries, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, and coffee were so helpful for our short stay. We only had one small issue and the owner was quick to fix and available by message with any questions. We will definitely look to stay at this place on our next visit to Des Moines.

We had a great stay in West Des Moines! Hosts were very responsive and accommodating to our few requests. House was as listed and very clean. Hosts were quick to respond to a small on site problem. Overall great house in a nice neighborhood!

Very clean property. Easily slept the seven adults and three children in our party. The children especially enjoyed the arcade games. Definitely would rent again if the need arises.

The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The basement was great with activites for the kids and their own bedroom. Location was perfect for us, everything was close by. We needed a home to house a few families and this was perfect.

Visited for an event at RecPlex. The home was clean, well stocked, and close to the venue. Lots of nice restaurants & shopping in the area.

We had a quick weekend away with family and it was the perfect spot! Anything you could have needed was available! Check in and out process was seemless and the hosts were super responsive when asked about running trails nearby. Will definitely stay here again!

This home was fantastic and will be out go to place when visiting family in Des Moines. The location was a safe neighborhood with close access to Jordan creek mall, coffee, and restaurants! The house has a great layout, a nice deck and backyard. And a fun game room in the basement which kept the kids busy! Also check in super easy and owner responded to my questions quickly and was super helpful. This home is clean, well decorated and had nice touches like toothbrushes, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo, etc It’s nice to have a place well stocked with the essentials! We will definitely stay again as this is well worth the value!!

We stayed here to celebrate Christmas. We loved that each family had their own room and bathroom on dedicated floors! Very clean and punctual communication with owners! The only complaint would be the streaming services you had to use own logins. We have stayed at other vrbos that have this already available to you and signed in

I was in town for my sister and brother in-law’s 50th wedding anniversary. The home is in a quiet neighborhood. The interior was modern, clean and provided everything needed for the stay. My first impression was how lovely it smelled. That too is very important.

This was our 43rd Girls Weekend; High School friends forever ! This year due to one friends mobility, we decided to stay in town. We needed 4 Bds & 3 Ba, and this property delivered! The decor is modern, yet comfortable and there were many upgraded touches ( and I’m an Interior Designer). The mattresses and bedding were luxurious and SO comfortable, usually very hard to find. The location is great for all of Des Moines, and especially the Western suburbs. We all highly recommend this property !

This place was perfect for our group of friends! Location was excellent as well. We brought our 5 month old and were amazed by all of the things the hosts provided, from the crib to the toys to the high chair! Everything was baby proofed as well. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!!
