Urban Oasis w/ King Bed – 3 BR Near Duke & DT

Great location near Duke University.Great beds, very clean, new property in quiet neighborhood. Floor plan is well laid out and roomy.

We stayed for Duke parents weekend and found the unit as described. It was a 10 minute drive to campus, bed were very comfortable and the host was responsive

Vey clean comfortable and conveniently located I would recommend more seating in the family room and perhaps more coffee cups!

Very nice and clean space with plenty of room. The location was perfect for our stay. Host responded immediately when we had an issue with the door lock. Definitely recommend this space if you’re visiting Durham.

The house was just like the photos - very clean and comfortable- and in a great location for all that we wanted to do in Durham. Communication was timely. We hope to stay here again on future trips to Durham!

The place was super clean. Management was excellent. So easy to communicate with and very responsive.

The property is cute, nicely remodeled, and a good location, but missing thoughtful touches I’ve noticed at other properties we have stayed at. No wine glasses, light bulb burned out, no coffee, ice, or outdoor seating. Management responded to my questions quickly and politely, and was responsive when I let them know they needed to treat for ants.

This property was a real treat to stay at. It had a nice open floor plan. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The king sized bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The master bedroom had its own private master bathroom that even had a large wall in closet. The property was close to anything you may need. Lastly, it was less than a 10 minute drive to Duke University Hospital. I highly recommend this place if your looking for comfort and modern amenities..

We stayed for five nights and everything was accurate as described. Very close to downtown Durham and Duke, within a mile of a couple grocery stores and places to eat. Quiet street and easy checkin upon arrival. Beds are comfortable and TVs in family room and master a large and new. Very clean house and mostly everything is new. Would stay again

Loved this house. It was very nice inside. It was the perfect location to stay near family and was pet friendly. Communication with property manager was excellent and I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed here to be close to Duke University while a family member was having surgery. The home is beautifully updated with everything you could possibly need for a short stay. The beds are super comfortable and the home is conveniently located close to Duke and many stores/restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

My Grandson's soccer camp was at Duke University campus, which this property is a short drive away. We could also walk to a nearby park and running trail. Quiet neighborhood. We had 6 people at the house total with my other adult children. They had a nice air mattress that came in handy. Beds were very comfortable.

My husband, son, and his wife were in town for a family wedding being held in Hillsborough. The location was perfect- not far from where family’s hotel was (5 min), and close to the venue. The house was CLEAN, well appointed- the listing perfectly described the property, Beds were comfortable; the neighborhood quiet. Every store you would need is close. I highly recommend this rental.

We stayed at this property while my husband was receiving care at Duke hospital. It was a beautiful home with comfortable beds.
