Urban Forest Modern Retreat with Hot Tub!

Gorgeous home overlooking the trees. Supremely clean and welcoming. Decor is gorgeous! Would absolutely stay again!

The house was excellent. Plenty of space with really nice bedrooms. Parking is very limited (only 2 spaces) so having all our group meeting here from other places did mean jockeying vehicles but it wasn't too bad. Hot tub was cloudy but really nice and warm. Wonderful weekend stay in Spokane.

This house was amazing!!! (Must be ok with stairs tho since it's 3 levels.The architecture is exquisite!! The vaulted ceilings on all levels made this house feel like a literal mansion!!Hot tub was absolutely wonderful!!This is the perfect VRBO. Will definitely stay again when in Spokane!!

The home was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The host was incredibly responsive to questions. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend!

The house is very comfortable, modern and has a great view of the surrounding mountains and landscape. All the amenities to make you feel at home. The owner was very available. They went out of their way to make it possible to have flowers delivered and in the house before we got there. We were well cared for.

Hosts were very responsive and friendly. Place is very nice, and close to town and lots of parks. Would definitely return.

Beautiful view, beautiful home, quiet neighborhood, convenient location to shopping and restaurants, easy to check in/out, quick response from host, clean - a little tricky pulling out from parking area onto the street.

We had a great girls weekend at this house! There are two flights of stairs down to get to the bedrooms so keep in mind that you will have to carry luggage up and down. The driveway is on a very busy street with low visibility of traffic. Just some things to keep in mind when booking but overall I would stay here again!! The views are incredible and it is in close proximity to things to do, grocery stores, and gas stations.

This location was perfect for my daughter and myself to have a quiet time away. All the amenities were top notch, the home was beautiful, the owners were super helpful and friendly. I rate this stay 10 out of 10.

A lovely property. The host was very helpful when we had a question. Very clean.

Location worked out well for us. We traveled from the East Coast and attended a wedding in Spokane that turned out to be 10 minutes from our location. Kitchen is well stocked. Hot tub was wonderful. View was very nice.

Very warm and inviting home, clean with plenty of amenities. Driveway is a little challenging but not too bad. Very close to all needs. Would stay here again. Thanks Brian.

This home is stunning! Absolutely gorgeous! It housed myself, my husband, my son & another couple with their son. The house was clean & the views were gorgeous!

Property is nestled in a cliff side with a great view. Close to grocery stores and great dining options. One very minute issue is coming and going from the property. Entering and exiting the driveway has its complications but again can be easily overlooked.

Eve and Bryan, Thank you for allowing Tiffany and I to share your lovely home. We loved the modern layout of the house, the view and the master bedroom design is amazing. It was just the two of us but it made us feel at home and a wonderful last stop before headed back home. Directions were easy to locate the house and we had no issues Using the keypad entry. The view from the back deck was stunning. Coming from the mountains for 9 days all we could do is soak up the remaining time we had enjoying what Mother Nature has to offer.
