Urban 2BR Retreat + Garage - 15 min to Downtown, UT Medical Center & Parkwest

I don’t know that we can say enough about this property. Definitely one of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed in. The house was very well maintained, VERY clean and had nice amenities. Parking was great, we are also were able to park in the garage (garage remote provided)- which was a nice touch. The host was responsive and there were clear house guidelines/instruction posted throughout. If there was one negative it was that it was very close to train tracks and trains came through nightly - but we found more humor in that than annoyance. But, the location, house amenities and cleanliness made the stay a great experience. Overall the best experience we have had in our VRBO travels - definitely a MUST stay and we will be back!

The VRBO was very neat and clean. It was very nice to have a garage to park in. I appreciate the owners leaving a garage opener for us to use.

The perfect stay for our quick trip to Knoxville to visit our daughter. Close to UT campus, restaurants, and shopping - about 10 minutes to everything. The rental was extremely clean and looked just like pictures. We would definitely stay there again!

Amazing home which is exceptionally clean and welcoming. Helpful and thoughtful communication was provided by hospitable host! Location is excellent for all activites whether downtown or heading to the zoo. Host exceeds expectations! Will be returning!

Very clean and lovely. We had everything we needed, plus, like keurig cups and some snacks. Hostess quickly responds to messages and is very accommodating. I’d stay again and highly recommend it.

We came to UTK to visit our daughter who is a sophomore at the university. The house was in a great neighborhood, only a 10 minute drive to our daughter’s sorority. The house was extremely clean, spacious and had all the amenities you would need for a weekend away. We definitely will plan to stay there again!

Excellent!! This home is super clean and fully stocked with high end amenities, everything you need for an extended stay. Beds are very comfortable. Two spacious bedrooms with TVs and large en suite baths. The 2 car garage was a great bonus. It was just perfect for us.

My Wife and three year old daughter walked in and were pleasantly surprised! My daughter said “ooooh so pretty mama!” The home was great. Knoxville was great. We would definitely stay again.

We were in Knoxville for a few days. This location was a super easy and quick drive to the downtown area. This home is immaculate! It is so clean and so cozy. We felt right at home at Felisa’s place. The home has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. If we are ever in Knoxville again, this home will be our first choice!

This was a very clean house with lots of extras! Host was very responsive and quickly accommodated our last minute booking. The house is on a quiet street and only 10-15 minutes from everything. Highly recommend this beautiful home! The two bedrooms plus pullout couch are great for up to 6. Another plus is the 2 stall garage with opener for plenty of off street parking.

A wonderful property stocked with anything you could need. Access to garage for convenient loading and unloading. I have stayed in many VRBOs. This one was the best. We had a crawling baby and it was very easy to secure his safety with a few well placed chairs and pillows. Great location too.
