Can't recommend this property enough! The house is stunning with many new updates. The backyard is absolutely spectacular with so much room to relax and enjoy your stay. Owners are so attentive of you have any questions or need assistance. If you are in Albuquerque, you must consider this house!!

This property is clean, well-equipped, and spacious with excellent outdoor areas including a hot tub, putting green, covered grill area, and large screen monitor. The terrific hosts were prompt, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. This property offers both comfort and convenience. The well-maintained kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms enhanced our experience. We appreciate the clear rules that help keep the property in great condition for future guests. Highly recommended!

Property was great: super clean, very well equipped for our stay. Terrific hosts went out of their way to accomodate. We especially enjoyed the outdoor areas of the premises and the fact that the location was close to all the attractions in Albuquerque!

This property is really amazing! It is spacious, comfortable, clean, and has SO many extras which made our stay extra special. The kitchen is well-equipped, and very clean as were the bathrooms.The front yard is private and comfortable for hanging out, and the back is spectacular!The back includes a hot tub, putting green, covered grill area, and a large screen monitor!!Communication with Don and Carolyn was easy, and they were always prompt, responsive, and helpful. check in was completely seamless and kitchen had any and everything you would have in your own home. Immaculate conditions and i consider us totally ocd clean people. Ground of the home were spotless and very very well maintained. Highly recommend this home

This property is great. The backyard with hot tub, fire pit, outdoor kitchen and even a putting green is something for everyone. We were visiting family and have dinner outside was really relaxing since the kids could eat dinner and watch a big screen tv outdoors.

We were here for a fun spring break to visit ABQ and visit friends since we moced away. Convenient location, adorable house, great property!

Communications prior to arrival were great. They knew we would be in later in the evening and left lights on. Getting into the home was just as explained. House was very clean, well stocked and family ready. The outside area was utilized every day. Great area for the family to enjoy. Highly recommended!

We stayed for a few days over Spring Break to visit our son in college. The home was perfect for our needs. The cameras mentioned in other comments are still there. They didnt bother us but we had a guest over and they were a little concerend. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.

An amazing stay at this fantastic and pristine home! One of the cleanest homes my husband and I have ever rented! A perfect amount of indoor space and a stellar outdoor space. Just as shown in the photos! The owner and concierge were extremely helpful and attentive! A perfect 10!

My family stayed at this house over the Christmas holiday and it was lovely and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The hot tub and cornhole were our favorite parts of the house. The house is very close to a highway, but we noticed no noise or extra traffic. The hosts were easy to reach and provided lots of info and recommendations that made our stay easy.

We had a great time at the house….hanging out in the hot tub, by the fire pit, and on the putting green. Everything was just as represented and communication with the owner was excellent!!

Very clean home! It really is as amazing as the pictures show. My husband was super impressed with quality of doors/locks- so often rentals have builders grade items, and these met his high standards and helped us feel secure. The kitchen is well stocked (we didn't cook as often as usual because the local food was just too good to pass up!). It was nice to have spices and some oils on hand! The outdoor games were fun- we even got our adult kids to play! For being close to the highway, it was so quiet. We didn't get to enjoy the grill, hot tub, or fire pit table, but still liked sitting out back. The only things I can suggest: 1. When requesting the deposit, put how much and exactly where it needs to go in one email. I know I sounded like a lost guest, but with trying to tie things up at work/home before heading out that would have been a great convenience to just have that in writing in one spot! 2. Providing a small cooler would be a great addition for being able to pack water/snacks in the 100 degree weather. We managed, and it's nitpicky, but something we would have appreciated and used. We would defintitely rent again- it met all of our needs and felt like a vacation within our vacation!
