Stayed Oct 23, 2025This property was just fine for us but not great. It was located within 15 minutes of all the places we wanted to go. However, the kitchen was a little dirty (a cockroach and some spider webs) and there was trash on the grounds outside. The neighbors were loud until pretty late on Friday and Saturday as well. There was also a strong curry smell that we got used to but caught us off guard to begin with.

Stayed Jun 27, 2024The communication with the property manager was easy and prompt. And the inside of the house was nicely renovated. However, the front porch area was dirty with beer bottle caps, cigarettes and cigars. Also, the neighborhood was not family friendly. Neighbors were blasting loud music from their cars all hours of the night and using profanity and getting publicly drunk during the day. I told the manager we needed to leave 2 days early due to these issues and he tokd me next time I can call 911. I told him I know I could but i didn't want to deal with doing that on family vacation and drawing attention to ourselves in the neighborhood which seems reasonable to me. Unfortunately I would not recommend this house as a vacation spot due to all those issues.

Stayed Apr 1, 2024The property was clean and the perfect size for our family. Kitchen is well stocked and home is cozy. Kids had the bunks with a pull out trunk bed, which worked out well for our 3 older kids. Super easy access to 85 as well as two amazing seafood places just a couple minutes away (lulu's and poboy's low country). My only complaint is that a lot of light went through the window blinds at night. I am sensitive to light, so it made sleeping a bit difficult. Good thing is there's light around at night for safety purposes. I've seen nicer neighborhoods, but we felt safe.

Stayed Mar 21, 2024Overall very clean, easy check in, comfortable beds, responsive host. My only two complaints are that the neighbors got very loud late one night and the hot tub was not heating up properly. The rain kept us from using it for the trip anyway. Very nice stay with 5 minute commute to downtown Charlotte. Recommend for events in Charlotte.

Stayed Feb 15, 2024We chose this property for the family. The jacuzzi is unusable. Dirty and took 40 hours to heat up. Literally 1 degree per hour of heating speed. The ice maker doesn't work. The microwave turntable doesn't work. Closet doors missing. Not what we expected.

Stayed Jul 7, 2023My guests and I really enjoyed our stay. However, just a quick suggestion, you may want to switch wifi modems because the wifi is slow. Other than that, everything was great. Also, more wash cloths in the bathroom!
