Stayed Jul 24, 2025⸻We stayed here with three other families and absolutely loved it! There was plenty of space for everyone, the grounds were beautiful, and the host was incredibly gracious and responsive. The little extras—like s’mores kits and ice cream sundae ingredients—were such thoughtful touches. They truly thought of everything, making this one of our favorite VRBO stays yet.

Stayed Jun 29, 2025We had a great time. The property has plenty of space. We had 12 people including a couple of teenagers and everyone was able to find a spot so they could have some alone time, and also space for family fun.Plenty of linens, towels and dinnerware, and a couple of added extras that were very much appreciated. Between the stove, grill and Blackstone we had no problems feeding everyone. It is a quiet neighborhood right on the river and about 20 minutes from Lake George and all the beaches, docks, shops and restaurants. We were able to swim, fish and kayak right out the backyard.
