Upscale Townhome | Near The Village & Boise Mall-67

Very new and clean apartment. Two bedrooms, each with it's own private bath. Apple TV with included service and a very nice TV. A little noisy been in the morning with commuter be traffic, but not too bad. Fully stocked kitchen. AC worked great on 100 degree days.

The home was one block from a very busy street, yet was super quiet. Nice kitchen amenities (e.g. a combination drip coffee maker/Keurig pods, good knives, dishwasher), and each bedroom had its own bathroom and shower. Certain movie channels were provided (I don't think it had local channels). This home was a perfect place for my sister and I to attend a family reunion.

Comfortable house close to everything that we needed!

This stay was one of the worst experiences I have had in my life! We booked a two-week stay during the hottest time of the year and the AC was not working properly. When we communicated the issue to the host, she made it sound like it wasn't a big deal and that I was being picky. After day miserable nights, the host finally had an HVAC technician come out and of course he found that the AC unit had issues that needed to be fixed, but was not equipped to fix it at the time and would have to come back. I had enough and worked with VRBO directly to get out of the rental, which was also a huge pain. After nearly four months of back and forth with VRBO, I finally received the full refund for my stay. This was a complete disaster and could have been avoided if the host was quick to fix the problem and didn't insult my intelligence by thinking there was not a real issue with the AC.

The townhome is conveniently located and very livable. It was easy to find and had everything we needed. There are many amenities and was really nice! We hope to stay here again on our next visit!

Another excellent review for MyShortTerm! I have stayed in this unit and others multiple times. Because - from booking to check-in to checkout and everything in between has been flawless. I find pricing to be less than hotels. OR, if similar, the value is way better with multiple bedrooms, full kitchen, and washer/dryer in-unit. Unit is clean, spacious, never a parking hassle, and reps are super attentive and kind. These folks are on the ball. They answer the phone/texts promptly. Super fast release of security deposit and more. Stay here! Or at one of their other properties.

Living room furniture not comfortable and it was weird that there were not mattress pads on the beds. Just a fitted sheet directly on top of the mattress. Place was clean and well kept so that’s super important. Porch light was burnt out so very dark when we got there.

Management worked with me through the check in process and made everything super easy. Overall a great property to stay at.
