Upscale Steps-to-the-Beach Home. Awesome Front Ocean Views. Stunning Home!

Needs a hot tub. Believe me, it does not sleep 10. At best, only three couples and two children. One of the rooms is a bunkbed and three other rooms are king size beds. The view of the ocean and access to the ocean is excellent.

Great place! Great location! 7 of us stayed for 5 nights. Perfect for our group get-away Kitchen was great. Comfy beds. Nice showers & bathrooms.

We loved this house! It was perfect for our family. The house had everything we needed, the location was fantastic. The views from the deck were amazing. It had enough seating for everyone, which was much appreciated! And, a pet peeve of mine is when there are not enough hooks in the bathroom for towels. Not the case here, there were plenty of hooks! We had a couple issues with some of the gates (completely user error) but Diane and her husband came over and showed us how to use them and tightened up a loose doorknob as well. Very responsive and great to deal with. Thinking of making this an annual trip and staying here. Worth every penny. Thank you, Diane, for such a great visit!

The property is very nicely decorated, clean and the location is superb!It's walking distance to the beach, the boardwalk, and different restaurants!The host Diane is very friendly and the list of restaurants she sent to me was very helpful.Everyone had a great time and love the property!

This property was perfect for our family. The house was clean and comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked with appliances. The hosts, Diane and her husband, were kind and hospitable. I highly recommend this property for a family beach getaway, or even a girls trip.

Loved our stay! Home was exactly as the pictures and location was great. A short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The host provided a list of restaurants she recommended. We made reservations at 333 Pacific for our daughter's graduation dinner. It was perfect! The home literally had everything we needed. You just need your clothes and groceries. It was clean and accommodated our large family. The internet would go down periodically through out our short stay but otherwise would love to come back and stay longer.

We had the perfect stay for our daughter's wedding weekend. The house accommodated 4 adults and 2 toddlers perfectly (so thankful for the amenities that were in the house from toys to a porta-crib/stroller). Home was clean, stocked with everything we needed, roomy and has the perfect deck with view of ocean.AND, the host, Diane, was awesome. She was responsive, available and accommodating. We recommend this home!

Diane was an excellent host and the home was lovely, just as pictured. It was wonderful waking up to a view of the ocean. The oversized deck was wonderful and there was plenty of room for our large group. Thank you for a lovely stay.

My wife and I loved this beautiful house. It is spacious, well furnished and extremely comfortable and has a very large deck with a magnificent view of the ocean. The kitchen is well equipped, there are several good restaurants nearby and the Bagby’s are great hosts. You can’t go wrong!

This is such a beautiful house and setting. We have stayed twice so far and have decided to make it an annual retreat for my family to gather together as we live in different areas of the southwest. All of us love the ocean and all of the different things to do and explore in the area. This host is friendly and accommodating with great communication. Highly recommend this upscale property!

Unbelievable view - do not go anywhere else for sunset just relax and stay on the deck. House has everything you need to include ample parking for multiple cars. Good communication with host from booking through checkout.

My family (54,53,27,25,and 22) and I recently stayed at this AMAZING home for a long weekend. The views were to die for. We watched a surfing competition from the deck AND watched dolphins playing in the waves on multiple days. The home is beautiful, quiet and has everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms and baths were comfortable and well stocked. You are steps from the beach and a short walk to the harbor. EVERYTHING is close by. We had two cars, but honestly walked most places. The OWNER is the kindest person. She checked in on us as we traveled and made sure we got in ok. Three of our favorite restaurants were Lighthouse Oyster Bar & Grill, Stratford at the Harbor and Toasted! But the home has everything you need to eat in if you so choose. While we didn't have great luck Whale Watching, seeing the Dolphins from the deck made up for it. Oh and the snacks on the counter were a blessing after a long travel day! I highly recommend and hope I get to go back soon!!

Our stay at this beautiful vacation home was amazing! Diane was extremely helpful and informative prior to even arriving at the house. Communication was very quick and efficient. The home is stocked with everything you would need both in the house and at the beach. The rooms were spacious and very well maintained. The view of the beach from the deck is absolutely beautiful! Everything in the house is well thought out, both design and function. All of the TVs, furniture, bedrooms, and restrooms were in great condition. We would definitely recommend this location if you're looking for the perfect location, hosts, and house to stay in Oceanside!

We had a wonderful stay. It is in a great location and made our soccer tournament over Thankgiving bearable and quite frankly, very memorable.

My family and I very much enjoyed this home. The owner thought of everything we might need-it was all there to help us enjoy our stay! The views are wonderful and my kids loved being only minutes to the beach. They also loved the bunk beds and extra toys the owner had for them to play with. The host was amazing with detailed instructions on arrival, home operations, and departure. The extras they provided upon arrival and detailed suggestions on local businesses were appreciated. They were responsive when needed but did not interrupt our vacation.The home was perfect and as described. The living room and deck were our favorite places to enjoy the spectacular views. The large window and glass deck railings allow great visibility. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies and the beach equipment and towels were very helpful.Location is great with a nice flat, sandy beach an easy walk out the back gate. It's in a quiet, residential area with friendly neighbors, but still walking (or biking) distance to both the harbor and downtown/pier area. With traffic, downtown SD is a 45 minute drive, but we mostly stayed on the northern beaches (La Jolla, Del Mar, Carlsbad) the few times we left Oceanside.

House sleeps 10 very comfortably. The back patio views are some of the best in Oceanside! The house has everything you need to cook, entertain, and enjoy your vacation. 2 garage spaces really helps and the garage is stocked with everything you need for the beach. Everyone loved the beach cruisers and wagon to help haul things to the sand. 10 out 10 experience at this property! We will be back!

The view was stunning. However, the location was not where we thought it was.

This was our second year staying at this home, and it was just as perfect as the first. It’s an ideal spot for families—the location can’t be beat, the air-conditioning works beautifully, and the owners are both responsive and kind.The kitchen is very well stocked, which made cooking easy, and the extras provided really made a difference: boogie boards, a grill, plenty of kitchen tools, plus an abundance of blankets, pillows, and towels. Everything was thoughtfully provided to make our stay comfortable.We’ll definitely be back again—this house truly feels like a home away from home.

Beautiful home, light and bright with beach vibe decor, and comfortable furnishings that made you feel like vacation. The views of the beach and the ocean are stunning, and everyone loved the large deck. Excellent location. Just steps to the beach, The Harbor, great restaurants and bars, Farmers Market and the Pier. We enjoyed them all.Check in was easy, it was easy to communicate with the hosts, Diane was lovely and very accommodating.This was by far the best rental our family has stayed in for our family summer vacation.

Our family of nine, ages 4-74, stayed in this lovely 2 story home for a week. We were thankful for the off street parking for 3 large vehicles. We cooked most of our meals in the well stocked, updated kitchen. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were very clean. We spent hours on the large deck with a view. Also, the cool ocean breezes kept us comfortable. We rarely used the air conditioning.

I can not say enough great things about the hosts Diane and Mike. Excellent communication and very attentive before and during our stay. This property is in a great location. So close to everything you would want to do or need for a visit. We were there for 6 weeks and appreciated all the little things that were available to us at the house. Great home for families with kiddos and also for adults. The view from the deck was the best. We spent so much time just watching and listening to the ocean. Great outdoor space for large family dinners. This home gave our entire family the space to create memories that will last a lifetime.

7 of us from Granada Hills High School celebrated our 75th birthdays together. And, in small world fashion, Diane is a fellow Highlander. The hiusecwas everything we could have asked for...and more. WONDERFUL time!

Absolutely perfect! We were in from across the country for our son’s wedding and we all were comfortable and the views from the bedrooms and the deck were just spectacular! The kitchen has everything you need, the beds were all comfortable, the bathrooms had what you needed as well and the deck was like another living space with furniture and the umbrellas. I can’t wait to go back

We stayed here for Ironman Oceanside, and this was the ideal location, both for the race and just to enjoy the beach and surrounding area. Plenty of room for our group and lots of care went into ensuring that everything a beachgoer might need was at hand. Simply hanging out on the balcony and enjoying the view was amazing. Diane was an excellent host and addressed an issue with the glass shower door same day. Her communication was top notch. When we come back to Oceanside, this will be our preferred house.

We loved our stay in Oceanside. Diane was a fantastic host. The property offered even more than anticipated. We had absolutely everything we needed, including plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, and all of the other things needed to make our trip comfortable. The beds were all comfortable as was the furniture. Plenty of seating for all of us in our party at nine. The view does not disappoint. The location is great The harbor is right around the corner. And the Oceanside Beach town is very walkable.Can’t recommend this property enough. Thank you, Diane!

Our family does a vacation every year for a long weekend in February to make sure we all stay connected. There were seven of us this year, and every one of us loved this beautiful condo by the sea. The view is spectacular overlooking the ocean as we sat on the deck facing the beach. The house is arranged so that there are four bedrooms with their own thermostats. Open windows or sliding doors to hear the waves at night. Easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well-stocked with basics. Lots of cooking utensils and tableware to accommodate everyone. We walked to the harbor to eat. Excursions leave from there as well. Highly recommend this place, and we would love to stay here again!

It was perfect. There were a few things - there was a very unpleasant odor in the garage, there were no extra plastic bags, and no extra towels in one upstairs bathroom. Thos3 are such little things compared to how wonderful the house is.

Our family was lucky enough to rent this beautiful home for 4 nights to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday. I was hoping it would be a good location for December weather, and it was! The property is beautifully decorated and equipped, and just a few minutes from the beach boardwalk, downtown Oceanside and the harbor. We enjoyed a delicious birthday dinner at 333 Pacific (within walking distance). Having groceries delivered from Target and Frazier Farms was a big timesaver, and cut down on having to dine out for every meal.

This beautiful home provides amazing views, spacious and well appointed accommodations, and easy access to the beach and all that Oceanside and Carlsbad have to offer. And our host was great!!

My husband, and our daughter and her husband were lucky to have picked this wonderful beach rental. The house was extremely clean ( which is greatly appreciated in a beach rental. Furnishings were lovely and comfortable. We walked to great dining, and shopping. The beach is clean and not crowded. And Diane was such a wonderful host. It really was a perfect stay.
