One of the home's biggest advantages is having your own private northeast-facing pool and spa. Instead of planning your day around community facilities, your family can step outside and enjoy the water whenever it fits into your vacation.

Start the morning outside beside the pool, cool off after an exciting day at Walt Disney World, or plan an afternoon at home between busy theme park days. The lanai and sun loungers create a comfortable setting for relaxing outdoors and enjoying the Florida weather.

The private spa provides another place to unwind after long days exploring Orlando. Please note that the spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.
