Beautiful property. We had a lovely stay. I would highly recommend staying here. Close drive to downtown. We were not sure where to put out trash when we left though. I would recommend the property management leave directions on where trash should be placed on departure.

Excellent family vacation home close to Pagossa Hot Springs and Wolf Creek Ski Area. The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

This property met all of our needs. The location is great. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedrooms are a nice size and all have comfortable mattresses. I highly recommend this property. We would definitely stay there again!

House was perfect for our group. Price was incredibly fair. Owner was responsive. Location is amazing. About a 30-minute drive from Wolf Creek ski area while also walking distance to Pagosa Springs. The skiers and non-skiers in our group all enjoyed our trip.

We went for a one-day trip to the springs; grandparents, parents, two toddlers and a beagle. The place is beautifully done with furniture and appliances. Three big beds/bedrooms and two bathrooms (which was very important to us!). Great location. Walked to the park, and downtown easily walkable. We had some problems with getting the door back open with the code, but fortunately we had left the back door open so we got in without having to contact the owner. And very minor points are that there is no coffee maker (it probably said that in the description which I did not read, mea culpa), and I would have liked a couple more dishes, even plastic. Otherwise, highly recommend! (Oh, the dogs next door are very barky whenever they see anyone.)

Cob web behind the tv in one bedroom, so no clue what the cleaning crew is doing. Stains on the couch in the master bedroom. The temperature gauge was very difficult to figure out. Couldn’t get into our place with the original code given to us. We finally did get in when they gave us a new code. Place wasn’t bad but I’d be talking to the cleaning crew.

Excellent location in town, close to all Pagosa Springs shopping. Excellent base for skiing, snowmobiling or whatever you choose to do. Responsive communication. All around a great place for our family of 6!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the accommodations suited us perfectly. 3 things to bring to your attention: downstairs bathroom door would not stay shut, we used a washcloth around the door when we shut it to keep it in place. Also downstairs bathroom the towel rack under window came loose so we just put in on the window sill. Upstairs king bedroom the lamp shade was loose and would not tighten. These issues did not effect our stay, just wanted to let you know.I would highly recommend this place!!

Location and size of the house are perfect! Walkable to riverwalk & springs. We were in town for a wedding. Could use a pest spray - saw quite a few spiders.

Great experience! The place was a great fit for our friend group and was in a great location for all the activities we had for the weekend.

When we arrived , we were surprised to see overgrown weeds outfront and surrounding the property. In photos describing the place there were none. Inside was much better. It was as pictured, but they really do need to upgrade the pillows, i had headaches almosts every morning. The only other negative would be the grill. The burners were rusted and barely lit .and the grills were so bad i had to use tin foil to cook on them. This would not preclude me from rerenting this house. As stated, it is nice. Just needs some attention to details to bring it up to great!

It was a great location but the description it stated uodated. It had a front door with scratches and floors were not clean. Lots of pet hair on our socks and under the couch was terrible. So we were disappointed with cleanliness and accuracy of the description. It was not upscale or updated. Our son woke up with animal hair on his head. We don't own pets.......

Loved the comfy beds. Outside area for pups was all rocks. The view out the window wasn’t the best because neighbors left trash piled in front of their front window.We had a total of 4 adults. Enough room.I cooked most meals and was pleased with the setup.Downtown is under construction until summer of 2026.

My wife and I stayed with 3 kids aged 16, 12, and 3. The house is well set up and we had a great stay. The toy closet was an awesome bonus as our 3 year old took advantage!

Beds were super comfy, great place for families. We would defiantly seek this place out to stay again.

The place was beautiful and well maintained. Plenty of space for our needs. The only thing that detracted from the stay was the hardness of the beds. They were very firm. However overall it was a great place to stay.

It’s close to the Springs resort which is why we came to Pagosa. Located close to town too. Host was quick to message me back and made sure we were comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO in Pagosa Springs! The property was clean, comfortable, and providing plenty of space for our family to relax and enjoy our time together. The location was great, offering easy access to local attractions and beautiful views.The kitchen was generally stocked, which made meal prep convenient. However, we did notice there was no pepper, and a few utensils and some cooking oil would have been helpful. These were minor inconveniences, and we easily managed.Overall, we loved our experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend for a relaxing family getaway!

This house is in a tight group of about 9 cute houses on a hill. They are very close together, and there is no view of anything from inside the house. Everything is pretty much as advertised, and it was a nice stay. Needs some more plates, bowls etc... only 6 of each.

This was the perfect place for our little family group. It was comfortable for everyone and had plenty of space. We loved how close it was to everything, and the hosts were very welcoming.

Watch out for a dog that lives next door to the property. He bit both my husband and I while we were trying to get into the unit.

Very accessible property and close to Pagosa Springs amenities. Owners were quick to answer questions, check in/out process was a breeze! 3 bedrooms, but plenty of room if you have more guests and tv’s in each bedroom and living room was a huge plus!

Went to Pagosa for a couple days for a birthday celebration. Plenty of room, clean, and great location.

The house was just as advertised, comfortable, and decently equipped. Our family could walk the neighborhood, walk to coffee, even to the Spa. Nice fluffy towels, plenty of bedding. We would stay there again.

We had a great stay on our family trip here! It is within walking distance of the hot springs (about a mile or so, an lovely views too!) and was a really great, clean place to stay. We brought our 4 month old and my in-laws, and it worked for all of us. There was plenty of room for us to have our baby things and not feel cramped at all. We noticed there were lots of things for young kids too, so it appears that young children would have lots of games and entertaining things. The showers were so perfectly hot too! The only con we could think of - not great pillows. There was a massive variety of pillows, but we all complained about them. Bring your own pillows or ask the host to double or triple the amount of pillows. Overall, fantastic stay at a great price point!

The property is pretty much as described. It is well stocked with essentials. Although we did not use the amenities (pool, tennis, pickleball courts), it is good to know these are available. The only inconvenience was that the ice maker was not working and the TV instructions did not match what was set up. These were not too much of a problem as we just purchased bag ice and we were able to utilize the Roku streaming service because we were already familiar with Roku.

Accurately portrayed in listing. Great location with easy walk to River, hot springs, and excellent town park. Property had everything needed for a comfortable stay and plenty of room for family of 4 adults and 2 dogs. Very much enjoyed our 5 days!

Stayed here for the night while visiting the hot springs. Very well stocked house. Location is great as it is a mile from the hot springs. The parking is a little tight. Great communication with the hosts. Overall a very nice place to stay.

This was a cute little house that close to downtown Pagosa, the hot springs with plenty of easily accessible hiking trails. This was the perfect home away from home for my now husband and I on our wedding trip!

My daughter and I traveled from Durango and Ouray to visit pagosa springs …. We were not disappointed. The location of the property was perfect and the home decor and home layout was appreciated. Plenty of room beautiful kitchen and comfortable beds . If we pass thru Pagosa again we will for sure choose this home

I was showing my Marine brother from New Jersey Colorado’s SW and we had to enjoy the hot springs in Pagosa Springs. This is a beautiful property that I will bring my wife back to enjoy with me.

Clean property and convenient location. Well stocked with what we needed. The A/C is only downstairs, not upstairs.

The house was very well supplied and clean. Another A/C unit upstairs would make the upper bedrooms more comfortable during summer months. We felt very safe and secure in the neighborhood and highly recommend this location.

Four friends on a two week motorcycle trip around the western half of the US. We only stayed one night here but the accommodations were perfect. Plenty of room for the four of us to stretch out. Short walk into downtown and close to everything you need. Thank you for allowing us to stay.
