Stayed Mar 15, 2026Great property that is short drive to broadway. Lots of things to do within walking distance of the condo: coffee, food, brewery, nightlife. House was great for our family of 5. It was very clean and would rent again when we come back

Stayed Jan 23, 2026Brad was fantastic! The rooms were amazing, super clean and we were accommodated for an early check-in upon an early arrival from Florida. The power went out and probably the worst winter storm that Nashville has had in quite some time though being states away he insured that we were comfortable, safe and taken care of. I'm looking forward to booking again. Thank you so much for making my 30th birthday fantastic

Stayed Dec 5, 2025This property will NOT disappoint you. The place was very nice, comfortable and clean! I had no issues at all and the host responds quickly and was very polite and understanding. Checking in was really easy as well. I recommend this property!!! Do not skip over it trustt! Overall my stay was a 10/10.
