Upscale Austin Area Escape: Families Welcome!

We had a great time, we have stayed at this location before. We love this house. It's roomy, clean and a great size.

A well-kept, family friendly property for our 3 night stay. Our family and our dogs were comfortable in the house and the large backyard. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet and there was a nice playground within 100 yards of the home. We would definitely go back!

This house is so awesome. Tons of amenities and comfort. Contact with host was so easy.

Set in a quiet community with miles of walking paths, this home is open and furnished with comfort in mind. We were close enough to enjoy trips into Austin and Hill Country. One of our favorite Vrbos!

Beautiful house and everything was clean. But it would have been great if the outdoor patio furniture was clean so we could sit outside.The massage chair should be removed since it doesn’t work.Couch and living room is very comfortable.Beds are all comfortable and clean.I highly recommend this house.Beautiful and safe subdivision close to shopping and grocery.The property manager is accommodating and quick to respond. Beautiful property in a great location. Perfect for our family visit to Austin. There are walking trails in the neighborhood and lots of deer.

Property is in the beautiful area of Dripping Springs. House was stunning and the neighborhood was beautiful. Great things to do nearby and great food to eat. My only issue was the water pressure in the shower. Very little pressure but I spoke with the manager and they were going to look into it. Other than that, I would stay there again.John

Our stay was incredible! Perfect for our teen daughters and two pups. Very spacious. Very clean. Not too far from everything ATX. The neighborhood is gorgeous with lots of walking trails. We will stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was spacious, meticulously clean, and had everything we could possibly need. Check in and out were seamless. We didn't need to reach out for anything as everything was provided for us. Highly recommend. experience.

The host was very accommodating to us. We had a swim meet at Austin and not only was a beautiful home in the middle of parks but also when I asked for a late checkout it was given to us without hesitation. I strongly recommend this home. You won’t go wrong!!! Also, we saw so many deer around the parks. It was beautiful!

My wife & I stayed here for 3 nights along with our 2 grown children and their spouses. Excellent accommodations for 3 couples, each having own bedroom. We were in town for a wedding and reception in Dripping Springs area - ideal location, logistically convenient, everything we needed within a short 5-10 minute drive. Five stars in all categories. Would stay here again. We recommend to others.

Great house in a great neighborhood!

This home is very spacious, comfortable and located in a very quiet neighborhood. It is located in a neighborhood close to walking trails, restaurants, grocery store, and other amenities. The house is equipped with almost anything you would need. Despite my feedback below, I would recommend this home. I believe that if feedback isn’t provided, the owner/manager isn’t aware of issues. I would have given this home 5 stars, except for the following items: The coffee maker was not working (owner replaced within two days, so that was great), blanket with holes in one of the bedrooms, a big dead plant in the dining room, and non-working automated shades in the dining room. As mentioned in another review, the towels are a bit dingy and the baseboards could use cleaning. Note that the furniture and decor is a bit different than the listing.

We absolutely loved this place! It was cool and comfortable. Plenty of space. Great quiet neighborhood. Access to a pool nearby. Excellent local restaurants...Switch Bbq and Tinos Tacos. Hilga, our local contact was always available and willing though we had 0 issues. 10/10 would stay here again!

The house was very spacious for our group that was in for a long weekend while attending a family high school graduation celebration. Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Hilda was exceptionally responsive to our requests during our stay!

We loved this neighborhood so much. So many people out and walking around! The house was absolutely perfect for a family and so much space to spread out.
